Usually pretty good some weeks not so good
I have not been in Crumbl here in Farmington in a while. I went twice in the last week and did not have a good experience. I emailed the email that was provided on the Crumbl app and never got a response.
Cookies are good. I really wish when I order online that it would tell me they are out of certain cookies, rather than going to the store and being unable to get my cookie flavor that I wanted
Sometimes under baked which is not my favorite but some flavors are so good! Location is always clean as well.
We got the Dubai chocolate brownies yesterday. From what I see online we did not get the correct amount of cream on ours. When we’re already getting charged seven dollars per brownie it’s sort of disappointing that we get chinced out of how the brownies supposed to really be. I even left a good tip for the workers as well. Make them properly next time. Compare what these look like to the actual photos on the website as well as videos on TikTok. Doesn’t even compare.
After visiting the store in person and discussing the available options, I placed an order for three types of cookies. However, when I arrived the following day to pick up my order, I was informed that they only had one type available. This incident occurred despite the fact that I had already paid for my order and tipped the staff. It is evident that this store needs to improve its communication skills with its customers. A simple phone call would have resolved this issue.
Absolutely amazing
Had a pickup order it wasn’t ready, which is fine. I was told a specific time to come back. I get there and was told to come back in a few hours. Communication would be nice. Mobile orders come with phone numbers call your customers!
