Sonic always has great food and it always comes out in a jiffy. This was always my go to place for the huge Coney Island hotdog when I was pregnant haha. 10/10! I wouldn't recommend coming here for a bite, maybe a drink but the food was beyond edible, literally had to pick my burger apart because the whole outside was burnt to a crisp and the fries were so stale, they must've served me the ones they had 2 hours ago. Only thing right was my large Dr.pepper......

4 out of 7 times that we have placed our order on the app, they have messed up our order. It wouldn’t be that big of a deal but the items they messed up on, cost extra and we didn’t receive them. With multiple people ordering and people receiving messed up orders, it cost us quite a bit of money. We are seriously about to quit going to this location.

Saturday Dec 2nd we pulled into drive thru we sat there and was never asked what we wanted so we drove into the ordering spots …. We ordered our food at 11:10 (a corn dog a grilled cheese and three drinks) currently still waiting it is now 1140 and we pushed the red button to check the status and her response is that she is the only working. only one female is working! How is this acceptable?!… I am concerned because she’s literally running the entire business at this point and if something went wrong her safety is at risk as a corporate location you should be more concerned for your employees safety! If I were the employee who’s working I would’ve quit and left the place out of a safety concern ! Her customer service was outstanding and I’m sure she could get paid more in a company who cares more about their employees on a Saturday night!

If I could choose a group of civilians to participate in the Hunger Games, I would pick the incompetent employees of 3820 East Main Sonic Farmington New Mexico 87402. Since the incompetent employees I speak of includes the entire staff at this location, it would inevitably have to be permanently closed...forever. this wouldn't be sad. It would just raise the average I.Q of humanity. I simply asked for a medium master shake specifically the oreo peanutbutter shake. To which the response was " One oreo cheese cake shake?" To which I replied "No an oreo peanutbutter shake please." Said employee responded with "sorry I cannot put reeses chunks in your shake." That's ok because that's not what I am ordering. My rather reasonable response "No if you look on your menu under hand mixed master shakes you will see an oreo peanutbutter shake." "OH ok one oreo peanutbutter shake." Replied the brainless employee. As I came to the window filled with joy and excitement for my oreo peanutbutter shake as promised I was greeted with cold words "I have one oreo cheesecake shake add peanutbutter." Left the employees thoughtless head. In awe and shock I accepted defeat knowing the simple task of completing my order correctly was much too difficult for this store. Not a single brain cell is shared in that building

Ordered here on September 4, 2023 and our food was either over cooked or old. Our fries were hard and inedible. My burger tasted like the bun was old and tough. Would recommend a store manager visit for freshness. Just terrible.
