We love Grandpa’s Grill. We always order to go. We decided to dine in this time. Huge mistake. Horrible waitress. She looked as if she just rolled off of the wrong side of the bed, bushy haired, lazy waitress with glasses and a poor attitude. If you don’t want to work, call in! Don’t take it out on the customers. Some of us are gracious with our gratuity.

Hometown type dinner. Not fancy, but the burgers were great. Service was lackluster. Waited for a long time for a drink refill and never got it, even after requesting it. I get that the place was busy, but that you’d think they would put more effort for the tip. Maybe we went on a bad day, who knows. All in all, I’d go again for the food… but I’ll bring a water bottle just in case.

I enjoy their salads at Grandpa Grill. That’s the only reason I buy the salad. Twice so far I’ve been given a cold shoulder when I walked in no one said hi or acknowledged me. The lady Mitchelle is always rude , she looked at me from head to toe standing behind the counter no one acknowledged when I walked in. I stood there for 20secs and didn’t say anything or tell me someone will be with me. Until another server came out and looked their way to help me. I don’t like how I was treated it made me feel unwelcome.
This place was a bad choice for a home cooked meal!! I was very disappointed with the service. I ordered the weekend special. BBQ ribs were boiled and watery, not grilled and horrible taste. My wife had the fajitas combination special, the chicken and steaks were over cooked, burnt and dry. Spanish rice was served cold. It was like white minute rice and ketchup. Tortillas was like paper. This will likely be the first and last time eating here.

Horrible, I can't believe they thought soggy turning black Avocados on my burger where OK to serve....serve food you would eat not serve bad food cause your lazy. This place used to be a great place for some great food. Not the case anymore....I could've spent the money at Wendy's and actually been alot better off.
