The main reason that I am writing this review is because of the cook that was on shift on 2/11/2024 at 5:45 PM, ticket no.: 710.I say right in front of the counter. Cook followed all hygiene rules, performed his job, and got our food out quick. Customer services needs to be worked on by the white female running the counter.

Standing for over 20 minutes without explanation waiting for a double Whopper while the tattooed swine who took my order just smiled at me completely stoned. Received a refund without as much as a 'have a nice day.' Horrible franchise.

The food was horrible and so greasy it just makes me sick thinking about it. The service was horrible, they cussed and had an attitude and made it so obvious when I was trying to figure out what to order which made me feel rushed. They would even mumbled rude things when I was looking at the menu. I didn't take long, and I needed a minute to figure out what I wanted because it was my first time at Burger King and probably my last.

It's been 20 years since my last Burger King. I ordered Whopper combo and Whopper tasted same. Delicious and juicy but I won't be going again for maybe next 20 years or maybe never. Horrible service! When I saw my fries I thought I was on hidden camera or something. I thought it was a joke. I said to cashier, "Don't you think this is too little?" Cashier replied, "That's what you ordered. That's with your combo." I just laughed and walked away. I thought it was really funny. I counted 12 pieces of tiny fries. Burger King you are so awesome! Please fix it!
