Went to el Paseo location my order came to 3.85 I gave the girl at the window a 5 dollar bill she then asked me if I wanted my change so I told her yes ma'am please. Took her 4 and half minutes to find a dollar and fifteen cents for my change.. I mean really guys ?

I drove 850 miles back to Las cruces today. I purposely did not eat the last 500 miles because I wanted a green chili cheese burger from sonic. I got to town at 11pm. Drove to my old favorite sonic. Ordered a #12.Speaker was very friendly.At the window I got my food. Was appropriate time and quick as usual. I started eating my food immediately after I pulled out of the driveway. My tots were Luke warm. Soft. And fell apart as you grabbed them. But I was actually ok with that. I was there for the green chile cheeseburger. I starved myself for 7 hours. Knowing that's what I wanted. Well jokes on me! My burger was barely above room temperature. Maybe even below room temperature. Even the bun wasn't warm. I was just given my order 30 seconds prior. What a major disappointment. I guess the reviews for this location are true.This used to be the best sonic. I went to bed hungry. I threw my food in the trash. Should of went to whataburger instead.I understand that fast-food have to start pre closing to get out on time. But might as well close if that's the quality food going out the window.

Very disappointed, I remember when the car hop was THE place to go. The drinks were ok, the food on the other hand- you can see a picture of the burnt and exploded corn dog my daughter ordered, you can see the picture of the footlong coney with ummm no chilli. And the onion rings were only half full. To think these people want $15 to $17 an hour. At least the manager is offering to fix the issue.

They straight up suck! Their mozzarella sticks are always cold, the service is terrible they can't count or get your order right I highly suggest not coming here!!

Waited over 20 minutes for my food, then my chicken sandwich was burnt and tasted burnt! Had to toss it. The group of teenagers working were too busy laughing and goofing around to even notice I was missing a drink! Had to remind them, plus the food was horrible! Do better Sonic on valley

Any other time I have went to this location I have had no problems. But today was the worst. The crew was not following the 4s of service. I personally watch the cashier play in her phone for about 2 minutes before I was even greeted. And she wasn't paying attention to what I said. I asked for mayo and ketchup on my burger and ended up with the way it comes. It maybe a while before I go to this location again.

They're always out of everything. 5 weeks in a row, I order a slush, they're out of slush. Ice cream, they are not making ice cream, hot dog, they are out of chili. I order a lemonade, they are out of lemonade. Never fails.

Very disrespectful service for a veteran to walk to a outside stall to order a simple cheeseburger. Press button a couple of times and was being ignored and someone else walked up to the other terminal and ordered food while I am calling asking for assistance. Was told they were too busy to take orders, yet they took another order after me. DON'T RECOMMEND VETERANS TO THIS LOCATION! BETTER SERVICE AT MAIN

Waiting half an hour for 2 simple drinks is unacceptable. Management does not care and will do nothing to make it right, 90% of the time the drinks are wrong and you have to choose if you want to wait another half hour or just give up.
