20 minutes to be seated and we walked out about 15 after that without seeing wait staff. There were maybe 12 customers in the place between 4 tables. They might have good food I wouldn't know. Definite service problems.

The food was terrible and over priced. 2adults and 2kids $80 not including tip. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies.

Horrible!! We went in with 3 adults and 3 kids, it was 6:30 on a Friday night. There were four other tables with the largest having 4 people. It took 15 minutes to be sat, from the time we sat till drink order was taken was 15 minutes ( we ordered food at the same time) another 15 for drinks to come out and over an hour for food. Food order came out incorrect and cold, we let both waiters know and were told we would have a discounted bill. Went to pay and wrong again!!!!! Charged full price for everything. I will NEVER go back!!!

Went for dinner. Difficult to locate. Very few people in restaurant yet service was way too slow. Food took forever to come and then was just ok. I’d find a different place.

Disgraceful. Sat down for 10 minutes without seeing a waiter, was not even served water. Walked out. With service like that how can any place in this small town expect to stay open?

We showed up at 1900 and there was no more prime rib. We placed an order form the menu, and 45 minutes later, were told that they had burned the fish. We politely left and will not be back. Don't try the Saturday nite prime rib special unless you are standing at the door when they open at 1700.

I take back what I said about the overpriced dinner menu. I find it very reasonable. I have been obsessed with the chicken Parmesan!!!! They also started offering dinner delivery!!!! That's awesome! My husband and I enjoy that one of my favorite restaurants in town!

Why this place was so empty tonight was beyond me. The staff (headed up by the owner) and her daughter (who took was my waitress) were unbelievably friendly and happy to chat. The menu selection was great with a lot of seafood, particularly fresh salmon that's flown in from Seattle. I opted for a Caesar salad, which is actually served in an edible bowl made from Parmesan cheese. Main course was spaghetti and meatballs with a Bolonegse sauce. I felt like the sauce could have had more meat in it, but I usually prefer more meat. I really enjoyed eating here and would recommend for anyone visiting the Los Alamos area.

The service here is great. I lead with that because its the only positive thing about this place. The waiter was very polite and responsive, the hostess was also very nice. Just as they should be in every way. Whoever works in the kitchen... just take them out back and shoot them. The food is as amateur as it gets. Bland, poorly presented, colorless, tasteless, and absolutely not worth the $20-$30 per plate that they charge. The average college student could whip up a more appealing and tastier meal with nothing more than ramen flavor packets and a hot plate. Everything is a shade of white. The vegetables are steamed to death and completely unseasoned. The pasta is overcooked and undersalted. The sauces are all apparently the same warm plain cream with no spices or flavor, regardless of what dish you order. The "risoto" is just rice in that same white sauce. Its not sticky at all. The chicken looks and tastes like its a plain tyson breast that was boiled in unsalted water. Its like they hired the first person that applied to be the chef, without checking if they could cook anything other than boiling water... which everything tastes exactly like it was either boiled or steamed and served without further preparation, so I'm actually not joking. I think the chef really only knows how to boil water!! For bland boiled food the price should be about $3-$5 a plate. The prices are basically fraud or extortion... definitely illegal in many states.

I've tried to like PP, really tried. Have eaten here many, many times since they opened, and have tried many different menu items, but can't get past it not being very good. There seems to be a very high turnover of waitstaff. The spaghetti is on par with Chef Boyardee, wish it had been Ragu instead. Every cut of meat is over cooked. Every.Single.Time. Chef Sysco and Chef Mike Rowave need to step up their games. The owner is oblivious to what a fine dining trattoria or ristorante are, or should be. This isn't it. Makes me miss Good Eats and Hill Diner.
Wonderful ambiance great service and delicious food! I had the green chili Alfredo and was quite pleased. Will definitely be back!

I love Italian so when this place opened up, I was excited to try it out. Went for lunch with some friends and the place was pretty empty. We all had the buffet and it was mediocre. Basically made Olive Garden look like a 5 star restaurant. I'll continue to drive to SF for good Italian food.

PP got off to a rocky start but now they're great. If you haven't been in lately, give them another try.

This was my first time here; I popped in for an impromptu lunch and had a lovely time. Great quality food, fantastic service, and the establishment had this really good vibe that made me feel welcome and like they were happy I was there. The poblano/chile Alfredo is a 10/10. The calamari was to die for and the best part was that the entire buffet was 14 dollars which includes a drink. Usually with buffets quality is compromised, but not here. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Met husband here for the lunch buffet....a peanut butter & jelly sandwich would have been more satisfying. The fried raviolis were rubbery & yuk. The salad bar had dismal choices. No meat sauce as a choice for the pasta buffet. Service was poor by the woman with a French accent. Maybe ordering off the menu would be better as everything in the buffet looked old or over cooked. However, I'll decline to return to try the menu ordering. I'll just assume the menu ordering isn't any better.
