Food was delicious but you can really smell and taste the old burning grease tonight maybe dont try and change it late. Other than that it was delicious!

Dominic was so friendly at the drive thru window. Cane's is lucky to have such a charismatic employee.

Overpriced. Chicken was dry, tasted old. Another disappointment for a place to eat in Rio Rancho. I do not recommend. Over $30 for 2 people is ridiculous. I've eaten at the one in Farmington and it was a lot better. UPDATE--I did return a few months later and the place improved. The quality of the food was much better.

Ordered the Chicken tenders box. The coleslaw was amazing, the tenders were fresh and juicy. Lemonade was also good. It was just loud in there, you do have to get your own napkins and plastic ware. It felt crowded around the fountain drink area, staff was a ok. I just had a greeting from cashier and another employee did ask if we were good. First time here, food was great, but I think the atmosphere was just too loud for me. Prices was reasonable. My son and I dined in for 21$

Love this location! They are always so quick and efficient with my order, the staff is always so helpful as well! I appreciate all the hard work they put up with and still manage to be presentable for customers. Keep up the good work!

It's pricy. But it's hot and ready all the way until 1am. Lots of plasticy hard bits in the tenders seems like cheap meat. What i can't understand is no ranch? No buffalo?

Not very inviting. Staff hesitate to get to registers to take orders. Dining room was dirty & not maintained. Staff hide in back. I was disappointed lemonade is no longer free refill with combo orders. Some shady dealings in this restaurant as I was told I had to pay for another drink at full price. Another customer was charged 20 cents and another got a free refill. Definitely not going back to Cane's for awhile. Chick-fil-A still gives free refills on lemonade. 🤣

We ordered a takeout order prior to a road trip. The food was hot and ready to go when we picked it up. The service was good as well.

Had a great lunch there and was impressed with an employee named Ki. He greeted us, took our order efficiently and was a very good worker! Between his customers at the counter, he busied himself cleaning, etc. The food was delicious. Definitely we will be back!!

As a Texan, I was genuinely excited to see Raising Cane’s pop up here in New Mexico. The service was solid—friendly staff, clean space, and the food hit the mark. But one thing really threw me off: I walked up to the counter for a lemonade refill and was told it’d cost me an extra dollar. A dollar. For a refill.

I’ve visited plenty of Cane’s locations across Texas and beyond, and I’ve never been charged for refilling lemonade while dining in. Turns out, Cane’s does offer free lemonade refills nationwide—so I’m left wondering if this was a one-off policy or just a local misstep.

Either way, it felt off. When you’re building brand loyalty, especially in a new market, nickel-and-diming customers over a drink doesn’t sit right. I hope this gets addressed, because Cane’s has the potential to thrive here—just don’t lose the heart of what makes it great.
