I gave it a four star because we ordered online for pickup and when I arrived the sandwiches were ready... The order was complete... Two combos were ordered and the drinks and chips were not completed. The guy working noticed it and completed the order right away...Thanks...

I recently dined at Subway in Ruidoso, New Mexico, and while the food was satisfactory and the employees were friendly, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism in their conversation. The casual and vulgar speech used by the staff made for an uncomfortable dining experience. I hope the management addresses this issue to maintain a more pleasant environment for customers.

The three gentleman who were working today during our visit were great! Our two boys who are (1) learning to order for themselves and (2) have never been to a subway before, were shown kindness, patience and encouragement while fumbling their way through their order. Not once did the men get annoyed or frustrated. They interacted with all of us in a fun, sweet way and turned two little boys into Subway fans. I didn’t catch all 3 names but Orien and Matthew were 2, the third man was just as kind and courteous but I unfortunately did not take note of his name, not only as a customer but as a mom, I am grateful for employees like these 3 men.

Food was quite good and the staff was friendly. Place was quite clean. My only issue is I thought they were a little pricey. I paid $11 for a small sandwich, chips and a small drink. I have to admit, I think all places are pricey now days. No values left I guess.

If you advertise you are open be open,Sunday 730 CLOSED, waisted my time and my GAS to get food from this dump, "WILL NOT DO IT AGAIN" , am LOCAL but don't appreciate being treated like CRAP.

This was the worst subway I have ever been into. It was dirty, and the food was gross. The bread was hard in some spots and mushy in others it wasn't good, and the way it was put together wasn't any better,the girl just threw everything on it so the bacon is hanging out on the sides,then they were out of basically everything. I should have just turned around and walked out the minute I walked in and saw the water on the floor, but we had been on the road for hours and were hungry,I could have waited till I got home because I ended up just throwing half my food away because I just couldn't eat it. I tried, but the bread just seemed old, and I couldn't get over the smell in the restaurant,the bathrooms were just as gross. What I don't get is why the employees weren't trying to clean anything up,instead, they were on their phones. I have eaten at many subways, and you can tell when the bread is fresh because it will stay soft even after toasting it, and I've been to some where there were just two people working and it was cleanest place but this was just bad
Their new menu is crazy. Waaaaaay overpriced. I simply wanted a meatball sandwhich and they tried to upsell me on their new, overpriced meatball sandwich. Cost over $30 for my friend and I to each get a sandwhich and a drink. We could have gone to KBob's across the street and each had a steak dinner for the same (or less) price. Wont be back
