He makes spectacular espresso. The coffee stand is tucked into the side of the street near the Eldorado. You'll be greeted by what feels like you're seeing you're 1970's uncle who has kept his history intact. Charming gold rimmed round glasses, a red bandana headband and a kind voice that takes your order and while you're waiting for your drinks, you view all the history in his little coffee corner in the world. It's a great stop for good coffee.
Literally one of my favorite coffee places anywhere, and said that Bill will be retiring/closing soon for a new hotel that will be built on the space. If you haven't been go soon. He uses Caffe d'arte beans for a perfect long pull of Italian-style coffee. Tiny, cute, bohemian, story-filled, and endearingly-friendly, this was a joyful discovery.
