Food is excellent when available. Service is inconsistent and slow the two times I’ve been here. Kudos to the pizza chef and staff for being so friendly, but if you’re looking to be in and out in a good amount of time, maybe save it until you have time.

The expectation: a beautiful Spring evening with my wife outside for a great pizza and beer on a rooftop in downtown Santa Fe. The reality: other than the weather, a total disappointment! The restaurant is very difficult to find. The address is on one street, but there is no signage. On the opposite side of the block there is a visible sign on the second floor of the building, but when you enter an interior mall there is no indication of where to go. We climbed stairs to find the restaurant doors which were open but inside was a sign that said “closed”. (The website said they were open.) As we were exiting a woman said we could get pizza at the other end of the building at the Draft Station. We found the place and took a seat outside and were told we needed to order at the bar. We ordered a 12 inch marghareta pizza and a beer. We tried to order a Ceasar salad from the menu, but it wasn’t available. (Kitchen was closed?) The local beer was fine, but the pizza was obviously not made from scratch or fresh. The crust was a pre-made stale thing they added ingredients to. The tomato, mozzarella, and basil were fine, but they couldn’t make up for the crust. We paid our $36 and left. Never again.

First of, the beer is tasty and the atmosphere is great. Pizza from rooftop is delicious too. Have always enjoyed coming here. We were there recently with some friends and the staff was on point and took great care of us. We had a question on the bill and the manager Rod went above and beyond to answer our question and make sure we were good. Had a great time and great experience there that day so much so that I felt I should provide a review.

You get a menu from this guy, tou find a table and place your order at the bar. You place your order and the barman asks whether you would like to pay immediately or at the end. I said at the end, but the barman then wanted to keep my creditcard till I left because otherwise I could leave without paying. So..I didn’t trust him either and paid right ahead. The pizza’s came, together with a plastic fork and knife. You cannot cut a pizza with plastic cutlery. Because of a dentist procedure I had that day I really needed that knife so I asked the barman. First he said very firmly he only had plastic and I asked him how you can run a restaurant without good cutlery, then I had to wait minutes before somebody brought me a metal knife. The pizza was almost cold. No service, not a good place to eat.

Waited for 30 minutes in a separate dining room after being told that the main seating area was full. Was told that it would take 15 minutes for us to be served because the waitress had not gotten there yet. What!? Very unprofessional to tell guests that it will take a while to be served due to their incompetence to properly staff for the day. After waiting those 30 minutes we were never greeted or saw a waitress enter the dining area so we left. Only one working pool table and the ambiance was not very pleasant. Save your time and visit somewhere else!

The pizza was so good! It was kindof slow to get and my group didn't order all at once so we all got our pizza at different times so if I were to go back Id order all at once.

Ordered a veggie pizza. When the pizza came, we noticed it didn’t have sauce. Kind of weird, but sometimes pizza doesn’t have sauce. As we were eating it, I noticed something else. No cheese. I flagged a server and said, does this pizza have cheese and sauce? No, she replied. So we asked for some sauce because it was literally pizza dough/crust with veggies on it and it was dry. We grabbed a menu to see what we missed. It does not indicate on the menu that it lacks cheese and sauce. It was not cheap either, so it felt like a rip off. At least let customers know when they order a “veggie pizza” that it isn’t pizza. Luckily, the crust tasted good, but we were overall disappointed.

We had a an amazing Birthday party here with tons of family. The owner and staff were very professional very friendly and catered the party perfectly. The food was very delicious and very well plated, having the owner so involved in the service was super cool . The kitchen staff who were really awesome kept the delicious food coming and the entire family was super pleased with the entire experience. A HUGE THANK YOU TO ROOF TOP PIZZERIA!!!

Nice break from the southwest food on our vacation. Pub style service with attentive staff. We shared a very good margarita pizza and some local drafts. Plaza view wasn't open for seating, but the other dining space was nice. Walked past patrons playing pool and some pinball machines.

Great pizza, crust was especially tasty. Good location right by the shopping. I wish the chairs were a bit wider on the patio. - hips got pretty sore

Excellent find just off the plaza. The cheese balls are off the charts. They are a must try. You will want more tomorrow, you have been warned. The salads are excellent, fresh, crisp, delicious. The Salmon is excellent too. I love the combo of flavors. Check out the game room, I love the pinball machines and pool table.

Fun place to gather with friends. You can sit on a balcony and enjoy your custom-made pizza and beer overlooking the plaza. They have portable heaters during cold weather. Or you can sit inside. Guy at register/bar seemed harried so make sure you know what you want to order if you get him. Enjoyed a green chile, mushrooms and bell peppers pizza and antipasto salad.

Veggie pizza with cheese was awesome. We were met with a friendly smile and welcome Rod and the staff were very accommodating. Good under carriage, crispy and slightly moist dough. Veggies were top quality.
