Alexandra's Pizza Lakeside

Well this will be the last time we order from here !! Placed order for pick up. Walked in tables were dirty, 2 day old dried up pizza in the grab a slice stand and supplies not stocked at counter.First off employees were not wearing masks which is still required, staff wasn’t wearing gloves when handling our food, pepperoni tasted funny and the quality has gone way down hill !!!Last time we had good pizza from here is when they first opened and the old lady was working the kitchen !There’s a reason they went from 5 start to 4 very quickly !

Everything from this place is great, lots of options, we order from here once a week at the office. The club is killer! And they always have a driver which is great.

Really wanted to order from you guys. We live in timberlea and called to order a delivery but the employee on the phone said that we won't get free delivery because we are over 7km away. Well I Google mapped it, we are only 6.5 km away on the same road as you, and the pizza shop right next to you delivers to us for free. We were wanting to make you guys our new go-to pizza place but unfortunately you lost our business for this. Disappointed. You shouldn't advertise free delivery if you look for any excuse not to provide it.

They charge 6$ delivery to deliver on the same road....no thanks!

Love this location. Have ordered at least ten times now. Staff are always friendly and food is always on point and hot.

Ordered two medium pizzas, one with chicken and another with sausage. Several chicken pieces had a dark brown color with a strong odor and ended up throwing it out.

If you live in the area, I strongly recommend making this your regular spot. Great food and friendly staff.

10/10, I highly recommend Alexandra's Lakeside. Great food and ingredients, and fantastic staff. A great option for any day of the week.

First order my crust was next to raw.grabbed two slices after work today ,someone should let their staff know to maybe take the slices out from the heat lamp after a week or so..to bad cause I live directly next door

Had it twice now from this location. The service and quality of food were great both times :)

Alexandra's normally make a good pizza , but my order , wasn't fully cooked , tired of businesses only our for a buck
