It happened with me 4 times in a week. Whenever I pull up to the drive through to order rice bowl they are always out of stock. That is among the lunch menu's main courses. Please don't do business during the busiest lunch hour if you can't have stock.

Worst walk in service of all the Tim's around this area. When you walk in and go to the counter, there will be 3-4 people working drive through, with no one else in sight. They won't acknowledge you or say, "I'll be right with you!" They walk right past you over and over. I've waited several times at the counter for over two minutes before just leaving. When there's a line out the door, they still only allocate one person to the counter and focus on drive thru. Instead of placing the order and having someone else make it they have to prepare it themselves, causing a long line and longer wait. The express Tim Hortons in the esso up the road is amazing for walk in's, and it's a third of the size.

Dine in closed when it should be open.EDIT: just walked in and ordered my food and coffee and an employee loudly announces "I'm about to clean up human feces at my minimum wage job" there was a trail about 5 feet from the bathroom to the fireplace.

I would never eat from this location ever again. I went in to get a tea and hash browns and saw the girl that makes the sandwiches with gloves on walking around holding the walls , counters and then getting the bread with the same gloves on. I told her she needed to change her gloves before she handled the food she looked at me and stewed her teeth then went and got a wrap off the shell. She added toppings to the wrap took the toppings off the wrap and threw it back into the container then threw the wrap back on the shelf.She had the same gloves on as she walked past again this time she leaned on the wall by their office doorway holding the walls. She went back to where she was making sandwiches. I told her again she needed to change her gloves. I asked the cashier for the manager.She went to the take out window and spoke to the lady there. She asked why I wanted the manager and the cashier told her she didn't know. She came back and told me that the manager is not in and doesn't know when she will be back. I told her then I would have to call their head office, that's when the older woman looked at me and said .. oh no I guess we are all about to lose our jobs. Then the sandwich maker looked at me, took her gloves off and sanitized her hands.It was too late. They violated every sanitary rule there was to serve in the restaurant industry and laughed about it. I called the head office located in my old town of Oakville Ontario and placed a complaint.I was just disgusted and will never eat there again. People don't know what they are getting when you order food from people who just don't care about health and proper food preparation criteria.

Even though the drive thru is but the counter should be served quicker. I waited 10 minutes and there was one person ahead of me. Nobody was moving quickly and one girl was walking around looking confused.

To be honest going in & out at this place from last two years whenever i ordered from drive-thru service is good most of the times but since i started coming to this place for dine-in the customer service is totally doomed each and every single time whenever i ate inside specially the short white girl totally rude each and every time never coming back to this place and not recommend to anyone else.
