It is newly renovated and a good chunk of the staff know what they are doing however about 1/3rd of the staff have no clue what they are doing and if they can find a way to mess up your order they will on the flip side most of them are new and will learn and get the hang of it however they still shouldn’t mess up as much as they do

I recently visited Tim Hortons on St. Margaret's Bay Rd. and had an excellent experience, largely thanks to Katrina. She was incredibly friendly and had a positive attitude! My order was made quickly and my vanilla iced latte was well-made, and my donut was fresh. The atmosphere was very welcoming, I highly recommend this location!

The team are always on point, but my favorite is Manpreet who makes the baked goods.

He always takes the time to pop out and greet familiar guests. He's an asset to the community.

Service is horrible especially when you order is 15 minutes in advance and it is not ready when you get there. They make it and it doesn’t have the correct amount of cream, milk, sugar etc. I go back in and the person that made it lies and said she didn’t make it.
Also, when there are foreign people working and they communicate in there language which I think is very rude and service is not good at all especially since they renovated the atorw

I had a fantastic experience at this Tim Hortons, thanks to Raj! She was incredibly helpful and recommended the Veggie Wrap and the Harvest Vegetable Soup, both of which were delicious. Her knowledge about the menu and friendly service made my visit enjoyable. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was fresh. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Raj if you’re looking for great suggestions!
