New bakery cafe. They have cheese buns, croissants, cream cheese fruit buns. Traditional Japanese sweet buns. The chocolate sweet bread is very tasty and light like angel food cake. They have curry buns too that are popular. And serve regular and dark roast coffee. Great spot on the main drag with jazz music. Can eat in but is small inside.

Founded in 2018, Yellowknife's only additive-free gourmet bakery. The famous melon bread is a sweet bread that originated in Japan, and comes in three types: strawberry, chocolate, and green tea. There are four types of crispy curry bread: beef, chicken, vegetable, and spicy chicken. Custard and chestnut cream buns are also delicious. There are also croissants and Kouign Amann. Next time I would like to try the super thick toast with honey and ice cream. From Tuesday to Saturday, there is a 15% discount on bread that changes daily.
