I rate the food a five star. Unfortunately the staff are not friendly and customer service is lacking. There seems to be a toxic work culture and the butchers have little to any manners or customer service skills. Maybe this is their angle, an angry butcher but it never sits well. I keep going back for their products but definitely do not enjoy the time being served product. These attitudes would not fly anywhere else in the service industry but seem to be accepted in Yellowknife.

Love this place. They have the best meat in Yellowknife and my boyfriend and I rarely buy meat elsewhere unless we're in a rush. It's a bit more expensive, but it's worth it for the better selection and quality of meats.
