The Burger had a big juicy meat pattie the veggies in were fresh love the way the Burger is already built for you.The fries were delicious hot and fresh I also loved the the paper came in I felt it was a great personal touch to have it like old fashioned newspaper
We ordered a bacon cheese burger and fish and chips. 4 stars for effort - I can see where he’s going with his food. Big fresh thick burgers home cut fries and hand dipped nice fish filets. I was excited for a luscious burger - technique & execution needs work - the grind on the burger was weird chunky hard to chew - needs a finer grind or 2x through the grinder - also dry needs an 80/20 mix for flavor and juice.
