Went to pick up lunch on our way home from a day of errands. Store was jammed packed with customers and Chloe and Lisette were strongly holding down the fort just the two of them. Each costumer they helped they were kind and friendly even apologized for the wait which was not needed. As busy as they were they still provided excellent customer service with quality meal. I appreciated their attitudes and understand stores being understaffed just wished I could have hopped in to lend a hand. They deserve kudos

When you order double protein and you pay nearly $20 i expect to actually get double the meat. Not 1 and a 1/2!Sometimes the steak can suck, or you can way too much unedible cardilege or fat.Other than that, Im almost always happy with my food.

I went in there with my wife and she ordered a burrito and they told her that Queso cost extra and I'm fine with that.I guess they had a hard time wrapping the burrito but when she got back in the car the burrito was maybe four inches long and was really really small. I looked at the receipt and it was $14.85. That is ridiculous I will never go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Great food, great quick service, the ambiance is okay but you need to remember it's fast food. Good place to go for fresh tasty food if you're in a rush. We go there frequently.

There's an old saying, "fool me once, shame of you: fool me twice, shame on me." Well... Shame on me. My son put in an online order for me to pick up since I was going through Carson City anyway. Surely, they wouldn't suck again??? The order was wrong, AGAIN. No rice in the chicken bowl even though it was the same order my son always submits. Of course, it was 40 minutes later when we discovered this as I had to make a few stops and we live 20 minutes away. I tried calling the store: what a joke. Got routed to the Philippines twice on the same call. NO JOKE. Finally got through to the store in Carson City. The person who answered the phone could have cared less. I guess you need to actually care to get orders correct. The "just wonderful" part is we're supposed to go on their website to lodge a complaint. The first question they ask is what store we were using. I put in the zip code, the city, and even the full address, and their website didn't recognize the store. So, I can't even lodge a complaint. Figures. My son,who loves Chipotle, is finally convinced to stop going there. The closest other restaurant is in Reno, another hour away. You can't make this stuff up. Bottom line: STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT.

This is one of the worst ones I been too they are so stingy with the size of the burritos they meat was cold amd almost everytime I'm getting the bottom of the metal container it's not as fresh as ones I been to in the past I have tried it 4 times in 2 weeks hoping it was just off days but 3 out of the 4 were a major disappoint for the price they charge the quality should match
Costed 35 bucks for 2 bowls of rice and a quasadia, use to be a lot cheaper do not recommend if you want cheap

I called and complained to the manager. We are good customers. My wife really likes the chicken salad. She gets very annoyed and is not happy when it doesn't come with the vinegarette dressing , which she told me has happened several times. Please get better at filling your orders correctly like you should every time. Thanks,

Workers are slow and unable to make orders that were place ahead of time on time. Food bar was not clean and mixed items in with each other. Not all employees were wearing gloves.
