Extremely overpriced and very underwhelming food. I got a spoonful if avocado, 3 strips of bacon, spoonful of eggs and one cup of soup came out to 22 dollars. The soup was not cooked, the lentils were extremely hard. Also, poor customer service. I had picked up a menu and put it on my table to look at and the waitress picked it up off my table and gave it to someone else at a different table without asking if I wanted to order anything or if I was done looking at the menu.Really bad vibes. You're better off going somewhere else.

The music is way too loud, I already have a difficult time hearing and I couldn’t hear anything over the music. The food took really long to come out. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t bad. The coffee was better than the food by far. The restaurant smelled really weird and irritated my throat. I can’t really figure out the theme or why it is decorated the way it is, it felt like I was in a thrift store. The restaurant was not very clean overall. They also had a dog inside the restaurant, it was not a service animal, at least it was muzzled. I can’t say I’d recommend. There is no handicap parking nearby. Had to park a couple blocks away. The parking spots nearby were all occupied as well.

Really nice coffee shop. Their fresh orange juice was very good along with a mint iced mocha. Looks like a good selection of food, smoothies and other drinks. Staff were super friendly and nice. Very cool atmosphere inside with plenty of space to relax or work. I will visit again anytime I'm in Carson city.Parking: I ended up parking on a side street around the corner.

Great way to start the weekend! This coffee shop has lots of breakfast and lunch options. A bakery case of sweets and cold drinks make this a good refueling stop anytime. Enjoyed our coffees and huge yogurt parfaits.Food: 5/5

Across from Carson City's capital grounds, this place is noticeable from the outside and has pleasant outdoor seating, but the inside is also very room and fun! Got there at 7 a.m., got my usual one-shot extra-hot oat milk latte ... was having a good read ... and couldn't resist the menu. Had delicious avocado toast (the avocado was perfectly ripened) with steamed eggs. The visit made me wish I lived in Carson City.

Went for lunch on a weekday. I had the egg salad sandwich with a garden salad for lunch, it was decent and not bland. It's a good place, kind of busy during lunch. Wish they had come back to ask if I'd like more coffee. Other than that, everything was fineFood: 4/5

Place should have stayed closed. I came in to order a simple drink to go, and AFTER paying was informed that there were several drinks in front of mine. Will not come here again. Recommend you avoid as well.

VERY nice place. Fantastic decor and atmosphere, delicious food, warm and friendly staff. The world could use more quaint and charming places like Comma Coffee. My only complaints, are that the vintage chairs were not very comfortable. But that's to be expected of old furniture, it's probably time to have the foam replaced; and that there was just one smoothie without bananas, it was delicious, though.

We really wanted to like this kitschy place but the prices were so high for the quality of the food served. The egg salad was barely palatable. The coffee drinks averaged $7.50 each which I think is ridiculous.
While it's a cute place and cool environment the food and drink is sub par. I have come a few times and tried both food and coffee and was not impressed, especially for the prices. Bummed because it is by far the nicest environment to hang out in as far as coffee shops in the area. Definitely stick to the basic latte if you are here.

Stopped in here randomly while searching for a nice cup of coffee on a cold winter morning. What a wonderful coffee shop! I visitors know a weekday morning and there were about 10-15 people here, a mix of regulars who seemed to know each other along with newbies like me. First off, the atmosphere is perfect! Quaint, a little funky, and clearly historic. The building hails from the mid-1800s and smart money says there are ghosts adrift in the halls. :-) The breakfast menu was varied, desiring many egg dishes. I had the Spanish dish, which is there take on a breakfast burrito. Cooked perfectly and it came with homemade salsa too! I was eyeing the cinnamon rolls. Next time... OK let's get down to the important stuff. Coffee. I had my usual: americano black. It came piping hot and served in a funky mug. Love it! No paper cups at least while you dine in. The coffee had great flavor. Not burnt tasting or some weird fruity flavor. This is good coffee! If you are in the area, I highly recommend Comma Coffee. The lunch menu looked pretty good too!

Beautiful restaurant and wonderful customer service. I order a bagel and it was so fluffy and the eggs were perfect!!! I can't wait to visit again.
