Great food. Staff is friendly and attentive to customers. Drink list is fair however provides selection with out overwhelming choices. The bloody Maria is a must have, nice twist on the regular bloody mary.
This is the second time I've dined at Eve's, both times, the food has been fabulous~taste, presentation with a creative twist. The first time we had to wait a bit for our order to arrive, the meals made it worth every minute. At front dest there was a sign warning of potential time wait due to training new staff as well as overall short staff so we knew what we were in for. One of our favorite places to have breakfast. The only thing I haven't been a fan of was the salmon Benedict, but I still ate it all.... Carson Skies was.... good and weird and I'm confused (in a good way?) Trying new things is always a fun adventure....Vegetarian options: The menu is clearly markedKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu to keep little hands happy while waitingParking: In downtown carson, lots of parking with minimal walking.
