Francisco's Mexican food is top notch!!! My favorite Mexican restaurant in Carson City! Amazing enchiladas, tacos, chimichangas, and fajitas. Also the beans are my favorite out of all the places I have dined at!Abraham, our regular waiter, is the best waiter in Northern Nevada!!! He always greets us with a smile and remembers our usual requests for lemon for Mom's water, extra napkins, and our usual drinks and favorite meals. Our refills happen before we are even ready to ask! We are always in a better mood after Abraham takes care of us!

The food is always delicious, the restaurant is clean and relaxed, and the customer service is out of this world.

All you need to know, is that they make tasteless ground beef "tacos" here, asada is extra.

15$ burrito that was just boiled chicken wrapped in a tortilla (could be considered a rolled taco cause how small it was) covered with what tasted like a ketchup based salsa and Kraft cheddar cheese with a side of watered down refied beans and boxed Spanish rice. No flavor and for 15$. Just had a 9$ burrito out in Tahoe that was three times the size and was carne asada with rice beans pico shredded lettuce sour cream and cheese. Way better flavor and value. Just using that as a comparison of pricing. The only thing I liked at Francisco’s was the house salsa that came with the chips.

An exceptional experience for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding rehearsal dinner. The food was outstanding and the service was impeccable for our large group - tables were always well-attended and we never went without on anything. Francisco's, Carson City is the absolute best!

Excellent food at a great price and the service was awesome. We especially enjoyed the complimentary beans with the chips (not many places do that), and enjoyed the combination plates.

Whomever thinks this is awesome Mexican food and gives it 5 starts obviously owns the place or got a free dinner out of it. Not even close to one star. Food has no taste for Mexican food. They need to get a cook that knows Mexican food and can add some spice. Micheladas not worth the $$$ you will regret getting one if you do. Never again. I will visit taco bell before I come back to this place.

I hate to badly review any business but...OK, my husband and I were in town for a mini honeymoon. We had a taste for Mexican food and googled some places local to our hotel. We found Francisco's and saw the great reviews! My husband order the today's special which was an assortment of enchiladas and I ordered a Mexican food favorite of mine, chicken & shrimp fajitas. I've had fajitas from several establishments including a drive-thru fast food Mexican restaurant in WA state! They were ALL better than the ones I had yesterday at Francisco's! These had to be the worse fajitas I ever had. I couldn't even finish them and I hate wasting food! The chicken was dry and tasted old, the shrimp tasted spoiled there was some kind of sweet and sour taste to the whole thing that just wasn't pleasant! My husband let me have some of his enchiladas, which were delicious. I wish I had ordered that instead. I'm not trying to deter anyone from this place. I'm just sharing my experience.

Ordered the Fajitas for Two and had two margaritas- a plain blended one, and a guava blended one. (Absolutely recommend the guava.) Everything was amazing! The service was also very quick and our waiter was friendly. Would come here again! And yes, the Fajitas for Two was definitely (more than) enough for two.

Must Try this Mexican place! This is one of best place where I ate Mexican food. It was a to-go order and they packed it so well and the quantity was great as well. It's a must try this place.

I had a bit of a struggle with this review. We live here and, embarrassingly, never came. Family finally got us to go. I have to say, the food for all of us was great! They are heavy handed with the cheese though. Kinda turns into a goopy mess making you search for the meat, but I came for the shrimp not the special white cheese "sauce". Everyone had different meals, happy smiles, Ritas were yummy. I will come back as I spotted a few interesting things to try on the menu. Thank you Franciscos, the service was wonderful.

First time visiting this restaurant and I am going to tell you that the food was delicious with great food quality. The carne asada mmm, amazing! Oh! The dipping salad with the chips ? really ggod. However, the pollo asado in my opinion had to much seasoned. Other than that the place is clean, great customer service, and good food. I recommend if you want authentic Mexican food ????.

We frequent this restaurant regularly! The staff have actually started to remember us. My boyfriend and I get chicken fajitas for 2. $25 for tons of food! The best deal and the best flavor. Staff is always great. They often seem short staffed, but they're always hustling around the place doing their jobs while still delivering great customer service.
