Their special menu is large, and not priced. And only listed on the 'walkin board'. So; the Server must reiterate because of this. And then reiterate again after time to read the menu is given. It's So dark in there I needed flash to read the menu. Even the manager tripped up the stairs.Ordered tea, got hot water and a tea bag. Not impressed with that. And no refills.Lady next to us had her phone on full blast constantly ringing. Sever nor manager did anything to keep the atmosphere, despite noting it.The food is great, the deserts are hand made and great, especially the cheesecake. Portion size is also good. Sometimes they are understaffed so we didn't get hot bread initially. And they didn't put any bread ToGo as promised. 2 specials, 1 wine, 1 tea, and 1 cheesecake, + tax.tip = approx $140.

Very poor Valentine's Day dinner offering. The staff was overextended, we received service fit for steerage. We were told our table is reserved in the bar, a half hour later than our reservation. No problem, we thought we'd have a couple drinks at the bar. The bartender was understandably busy since he was the only one making drinks. It was 10 minutes without him acknowledging us. He was however able to greet a doctor who came in to have a nice conversation with him. We were finally served our drinks, after the doctor finished this conversation. We were finally seated at our table in the bar that was unused for the whole time we were having our drink at the bar. One seated, one of the owners rather rudely came over and told us that this table was reserved. I politely told him we were seated by the receptionist. Turns out, we were assigned the bartender for our waiter, and an overworked busboy. We were served by the bartender whenever he had time between making drinks. Halfway through the meal he presented my Valentine with a rose that was half dead. My advice to gleneagles, Don't be so greedy during Valentine's Day take care of your customers all of them not just the doctors.

Food, atmosphere and the serving are great! We didn't have reservations but still accommodate us. Most upscale restaurant in Carson.

We absolutely love everything about Glen Eagles!!! The food is fantastic with a huge selection to choose from. We've made it a monthly date night stop. Jessica, the lounge waitress is the best. The ambiance is super chill, and it feels like everyone knows each other. All around, great time!!
