Wow. If I lived close by I would come here everyday, not just for the amazing food but the wonderful hospitality. It really does feel like you’re tucked away in a small cozy corner of the world shielded from society, just enjoying some bangin’ Indonesian food. Chef Tee Jay made me a sambal and it was the best I’ve had in the US after 4 years. Other customers are always talking within themselves that this place feels just like “home cooked food” and they’re right, everything tastes like it’s made with love.Please try the Indonesian Pot Roast!!

Amazing Southeast Asian food. Had the Nasi Goreng and it reminded me of the wonderful food you get from the Hawker stalls in Singapore and Malaysia. Also had a delicious mushroom and swiss omelette. Super warm and friendly service. Definitely the place to go anytime we are in the area.

Honestly one of the better meals I have really ever had! The spices and the combination and blend of ingredients was insanely fresh. Did not expect this experience but me and my group have been nothing but thrilled with our dinner here. Vibe was awesome!

This little place is amazing. Went there last night with my wife and ordered ginger nood and was amazed how good it was. The lumpia was fantastic. The service was amazing and they were so friendly. He explained the menu and background of the restaurant. If these guys had a bigger restaurant their business would be so busy. Great job tee Jay and staff. We will be back again and again. We decided to finally try Tee Jay's since we've heard good things. We ordered online through their website for delivery. Uber is the one who delivers their food. We waited 20 minutes past the delivery time, still no food, so we called the restaurant. We called the restaurant, they let us know that the uber driver assigned still hasn't picked up the food, they apologized, & said they even tried calling the third party website that they use to manage their online ordering. My husband picked up the food which was still warm thankfully, it was super good, and they said to contact the website they should give us a refund. I contacted the third party website & they said since my husband is on his way they can just refund the delivery fee. Lame! Long story short, 4 days later, I just received an email saying they restaurant refunded my whole order!! Thank you Tee Jay's for your awesome customer service, we will continue to eat here :)
Great food, such friendly and knowledgeable owners. Wish they could get away from the smokey casino, they would be 10/10. As of now, service 10, food solid 8, hospitality 10, location 4. Spicy means spicy! Will be back!

I've eaten at every restaurant in Carson City (excluding chains) and I can simply say this is the best food experience in all of Carson. TJ and Chuck form an incredible duo, and will be happy to give you recommendations and share a little about the unique history of Indonesian food.Get the cold sesame noodles, and a spicy curry (the green is my favorite)... Or get a little wild and do the fusion Rendang dog and the "garlic delight". Honestly the whole menu is amazing.It's not all sunshine and roses, it's tucked away in the back corner of a smokey casino, and only has counter service, but to me these add to the unique vibe. It reminds me of Nevada so much and I love it!

I ordered a takeout for pineapple rice with beef yellow curry. It was ready on time. The chefs were kind and polite. Both dishes were delicious! The beef was chewy but flavorful. We enjoyed the meal.
