Evah’s is in the second floor of the Ramada/Copper Queen. It is usually quiet and with Covid seems that much more so. They have new procedures that you must call ahead to be seated so be prepared to call even if you plan to dine in. The same waitress always seems to work there and she is great! I usually get the chicken parm and it is pretty good and portions are on the large side. This time did not disappoint either. Their marinara sauce is sweet but it is definitely to my taste Prices are a tad high but quality and taste is good. Every time I come through ely I stop here and I recommend it to anyone coming through town!

Absolute disgusting salad. So Smokey hard to breath. Waitress asked us if we wanted her to wipe off the table. Well, Yes.I took bites of the salad and set it aside. They charged the full amount with no offer to get something to else or do anything to make it right. Fatty chicken?? pieces, smothered in dry, greasy bacon shreds. I mean, terrible. Never again.

Okay, the best pizza I have personally ever had, with delicious ranch. I loved going here every week to eat pizza and ranch. Absolutely delicious! I can't wait to come back to Nevada for this.

Food is just fair for Italian. We were told by the locals that it had really good Italian, but we were very disappointed. Pizza was overpriced, and lasagna could have come out of frozen food section. Not what we expected.
