Ordered delivery to our hotel. I gave specific instructions for the driver. Come to the smaller building, not the main one. Text me when you get here and I’ll come out. The driver went to the main building front desk and they had to look me up (I didn’t give my room number) and the front desk called me. I confirmed it was my pizza. They walked him over to the other building and he had to find my room number and knocked. Meanwhile my husband is waiting at the second building door for him to text and we’ll take the pizza. None of the instructions were followed and our pizza was cold, hard and sloppily made and cut. I called the store and they argued with me about the delivery instructions. No compensation was given. We didn’t want to wait for another pizza as it was late and we had driven 9 hours. Like many snowbirds, we stay in Ely twice a year. I’ll never order from them again.

All I can say is WOW !!! Pizza was amazing, and the chicken wings were better than perfect, and the service was beyond exceptional!!! I ordered from the Ramada hotel, and they delivered, and without my request or asking, they brought paper plates, napkins, pepper and cheese packets too...These guys are just GREAT, and if you don't appreciate their food and service, then you definitely do not deserve it! Thank you to everyone here for making my night and dinner in Ely a memorable one !

Good pizza and salad. The staff was great on the phone and the delivery guy was quick, accurate, courteous, and friendly. I was at a hotel and he brought a couple plates, forks, pepper, and parmesan without even being asked. Great experience.

We called in our order for delivery. It took a lot of time for the "pizza guy" to get the order correct. Our pizza was delivered in a timely fashion. The delivery guy brought us 2 pizzas but we only ordered one pizza. Neither of the pizzas was what we ordered.....NOT even close to what we ordered. I believe we got someone else's order? The "cheesy garlic bread" turned out to be just garlic toast. I called them to let them know what happened. During the phone call there was so much confusion going on in that restaurant regarding our order. This is the only pizza restaurant in town. Such a disaster.

We ordered the small calizone, a medium pizza and bread sticks. They were all delicious. Nice flavor, perfectly cooked and quick. The delivery driver was very nice. It's the best pizza we've had in a very long time!!
Pizza was good but this is the second time they have over charged my card. Pay attention to what they charge you because each pizza was $2 a piece over the menu price and was told it was what it was. Also I watched the taller gentleman who didn't speak good English swiping tips and putting in his own pocket. Really sad for the other workers that were running hard to keep good customer service.

Tonight I called for delivery and had the worst customer service everThe guy taking my order could not speak English nor understandNow I’ve delt with the owners and others as a veteran I asked for a discount and was denied a discount now when I order I spend $50 dollars each time with the attitude from him I was about to cancel my ordersHow ever I believe the owners owe me a apology for how I was treated or I will take my business elsewhereEven the kids who work taking my orders show more respectIn this town company’s have been known to cloydown for less

We ordered a large BBQ Chicken pizza with pineapple, as well as a large build your own Calzone... Oh my, after a trying day of travel , the food hit the spot!Absolutely delicious and coked perfect.The delivery person was polite and cordial as well.

Horrible place to order from, tried getting a pizza delivered, they wouldn’t do it because it was 40 cents less than the delivery amount, I tried telling I would just pay the extra 40 cents or asking what I could add that was around that amount, told me they couldn’t do it, horrible place and the lady who couldn’t speak English would not let me talk to someone else in the store
