This property is really good.. this has all your need .Ramada is typically a good chain of hotel with kind of staffs you need for a quick gateway.Rooms were clean spacious...thankfully non smoking .There is a little casino in the lobby area .The property rooms are across three different buildings across the street that's the only disadvantatge..disadvantage... they provide breakfast bag ..cold sandwich, fruit, cheese and juice which is nice.

The pool was closed but it didn't say so on the website. We would have booked a different hotel if we'd known. We got put at an annex across the street. The breakfast is a bag but you have to go into main hotel to get it. Who wants to do that when you are across the street? Again, the website made it sound like they had breakfast at the hotel, like normal. No mention of grab and go breakfast. We tried to call the front desk twice but nobody answered. The button for front desk on the phone didn't work at all. The room was clean and the AC worked good.

Love staying here. The Front Desk gals are all super friendly & helpful. Rooms are nice & clean, good breakfasts every morning. Good parking for our giant work pickup & trailer. Stay here every time we come to Ely.

Room was clean, nothing else about this Ramada Inn was worth staying here. First at check in we were told our room was located on the 2nd floor across the street in the other property ( funny that was never mentioned while making the reservation). Second, after arriving at their other property we find the staircase in the front of the building was rotted away, YES I said rotted away our room was located at the top of said staircase. After making it to the room we found the room relatively clean, bed was ok, but the AC was blowing out warm air the TV had a horrible picture & the advertised Free WIFI was well non-existent. I recommend checking out other options.

I stayed here just overnight about a week ago. My room was in the main building. It was excellent. The room was clean ;the bed was comfy; everything was great! The staff at the desk check-in, that evening, and the next morning at check-out were great. They were very friendly, very helpful and accommodating, and extremely nice. I was in the main building. I have since talked to a couple of people who have stayed there recently but were in the Annex , which is across the street. Apparently the Annex is not a place to be! So BEWARE OF THE ANNEX! I did stay at a different location on my return trip, mainly because of the price and the possibility that I would have to be in the Annex.

I was surprised that the casino was just across the hall from our room, and there were not walls separating us. There was smoking in the casino which was almost in our room -- this was not a problem as long as we did not leave the room.

Very Friendly and Helpful Staff! They even had their maintenance man give us a jump start when we were on heading out the next morning!! We will be back and keep coming back! The pool, hot tub and bar along with restaurant were excellent ?

Thought we were staying at a hotel with a casino got put across the street at some fleabag hotel if you wanted to gamble you had to go across the street rooms were terrible air conditioner didn't work TV sucked service sucked broken windows etc etc will stay at the Motel 6 next time it looks a whole lot better

Room was very clean, the bed was super comfy. The room we were in had an hot tub in the room and a large patio. This was great since we had our dog with us. The place needs some help. It is old and some of the patio was a little scary that we were going to fall though. Also, when I left at 9 pm to go across the street to pick up dinner from the main building/Casino there was a young man shooting up drugs. police showed up but, still a little afraid . Other than that the positives out weighed the negatives. biggest hotel room I have stayed in for under $200.00 bucks. And let's face it.... Ely NV!

We booked a king downstairs, when we got here the girl said, all the king room downstairs are gone, but we have one upstairs left in the annex and we have no other vacant. Our hot breakfast was a lunch bag with a cold breakfast sandwich. that you put in the micro, a cheese stick, and a fruit cup. The annex had no parking, the room was extremely hot when we got in. The check in gal was very nice though and tried to look apologetic, the bed was comfy.

Photos on the website are a little misleading. The adjacent building I was in is more a motel style than hotel, doors were on the outside. I feel more secure having to pass through the lobby with doors on the inside. The only issue was the drains ran slow, both the tub and sink. And the wi-fi connection was slow or non existent. Other than that the room was great. It was clean and relatively quiet which is all I really ask for and the price was reasonable.

Room rundown, not clean, and carpets stained. My brand-new white soled house shoes are now brown on the bottom from walking on the carpet. When housekeeping came into clean carpets still had pieces of lint and dirt on it and bathroom floor dirty - had pieces of plastic bag behind toilet that was still there along with dirt in the corners and behind the toilet 3 days later. The mini fridge worked but did not fit in the furniture it was in - had to manually pull it out to the front to open the fridge door and could not close the cabinet door it was inside of whether it was pulled to the front or pushed back as far as it would go. Today is the last day of our stay and housekeeping did not clean our room at all. I called the front desk and was told housekeeping had gone for the day. I told them the trash needed to be emptied and we needed wash clothes, hand towels and towels. They sent someone with the towels and when I said the trash needed to be emptied he left it. Supposedly according to an 81/2 X 11 inch piece of paper on the cafe door that continental breakfast served from 8am to I believe 11am. Then it gave the information for lunch and dinner times. When I called to see if the continental breakfast was served on July 4 I was told by the front desk that the continental breakfast had been stopped for awhile and they were too busy to change the sign - it was a plain sheet of paper!!! We were given a bagged breakfast each day that we had to go pick up at the front desk. They served pork in breakfast sandwiches...I have migraine and pork triggers them. When I called the front desk and asked if they had an alternative I was told no they don't.......great service!!!!?not!

We stayed at this Ramada twice, last Friday and last night. Both times, we were traveling with a 6 year old and a toddler, the latter of whom needs to sleep in a crib which we requested for our reservations.First, the positives: we had a good experience with the swing shift staff and the housekeeping staff. The restaurant on the second floor, Evah’s, had good service and pretty good food. The bagged breakfasts were yummy. The rooms were clean and comfortable.Negatives:The casino on the ground floor allows smoking, which we knew. But it still doesn’t smell great (though the smell doesn’t get in the rooms).Depending on who you ask, they only have one or two cribs available. For our stay last night, they didn’t have any cribs available. Which would not in and of itself had caused us to leave a negative review. When we checked in, the clerk let us know she saw our request for a crib and would get it to us soon; she was very apologetic when housekeeping came back saying no crib was available. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time so we could figure out an alternative. When we tried to give feedback in the morning, we at first got a sympathetic ear (“I’ve suggested they have pack and plays available at the front desk”). But when we checked out, the supervisor was argumentative and dismissive. She tried to blame us for not requesting a crib in our reservation (which the clerk who checked us in had seen). Rather than taking our feedback, she tried to either gaslight us or simply pin the blame on us. We were not impressed. We’ll definitely be staying elsewhere next time.

Kinda weird having to cross the street to check in & out. The staff at both check in and check out were very friendly. No breakfast at all was even offered and I thought it was included? I think we'll be staying at LaQuinta next time, so we won't have to cross the street to check in & out.

this is for smash and grab.... great service but the food portion was so enormous, I saw it and immediately lost my appetite to see so much food on a small plate. I literally took one bite and threw an entire meal ($30 of food) away bc I knew just looking at that much food would make me sick.if the portion was reduced by 75%, that would still be a massive meal.honestly, there's absolutely no reason to serve portions like that... there is so much obesity in Ely... probably a bad idea to literally feed the beastAlso, gluttony is against God.Please reconsider your portion size ❤️
