Rooms were pretty good, some of the throw pillows needed to be changed out, otherwise it was pretty good. Service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful. Hopefully if we go there again they'll have their steakhouse up and going.

Used points for free room and was still charged. Took multiple follow ups to get refund, and only after concern was escalated. Way too much time spent on my part dealing with an error.Check in was not pleasant either - employee was swearing at her child on the phone and didn’t notice we were there to check in.Ramada asked for a follow up and review (auto generated email after the stay) and I never heard back from anyone addressing the concerns I mentioned.

Our second year stopping at the Ramada in Ely on our southbound journey. It did not disappoint.They have done a nice job of updating the rooms in an old building, which also houses the Copper Queen casino. Our room was very clean, with every amenity one could think of and a SUPER COMFY bed! Our room was steps away from the casino and the front door, yet it was super quiet inside and not smoky at all. We enjoyed being in the main building; haven't been in the annex across the street.

For the price, this place was excellent. Covered our basic needs - clean spacious bedrooms with large mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We liked being in the annex away from the casino/smoke. Pet friendly. Great stop along the way across Nevada.

Very clean, spacious and SUPER COMFORTABLE BED!Very pleased with this room. Older rooms and not perfect but not high priced either!!!The restaurant was right outside the room, which made us nervous but we didn’t hear a thing! Also there is a casino downstairs and we are sensitive to smoke and didn’t smell it at ALL!!Staff was friendly, they give you a bagged breakfast in the lobby in the morning. The restaurant here is delish and fast. Great choice of accommodations! Would stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location! Although we were a bit nervous about the crowded area outside of our room, we ended up not hearing any noise/disturbances at all! Not even the smell of smoke. Our stay was very quiet and cozy, and our bed was very comfortable. The only thing we can comment on is the lack of a grass area for dogs. Other than that, great service and room!
