McDonald's is in the false advertisement the website says they're open 1:00 a.m. but you go there and you can't get into the drive-thru because they have a blocked off with cones I assume this is so they don't have to do their jobs want a paycheck but don't want to work for it oh nice

Originally, I gave these people 3 stars. But the more I was forced to interact with them, the more I realized I was wasting my time being nice. I was rudely told that I needed to come inside to pick up a Door Dash order even though the app clearly stated to go through the Drive Through. This meant that I had to back out of their windy poorly designed drive thru and hope no one was going to block me in or crash into me. Once I got inside, I asked for a manager. Instead the person starts going over names of every individual in ear shot. Then need to ask again, "so which one of you is the Manager". I ask him if it's normal for them to talk down to delivery drivers. He stays silent, I follow up with, "That wasn't a rhetorical question, I want to know if you guys think it's okay to talk to people like that." The employee that was originally rude, keeps being rude while saying that she wasn't being rude and not allowing me to interact with her manager, who I could tell was defeated with her. I bitcmy tongue, waited for her to walk away and then told him he needed to update the app with customer service instead of getting mad at Drivers for following "their instructions" and getting short with them. The first employee starts ranting that it's Door Dash's fault and that "they've tried". Once I realize that everyone present was going to have an excuse and no one is going to take ownership of their issue, I left. Not because I was mad, but because they were so blind and focused on blaming other people, that I never got to tell them how to fix it..... <tear and a chuckle> This is why I don't offer my I.T. services for free. No other McDonalds in Reno, Sparks, Tahoe, and other places I've visited has their problem, go figure.

This one particular worker was incredibly rude and should be terminated IMMEDIATELY. I could barely see his name tag but i'm pretty sure it was Jessie or Jose. I think he spit in the food or something, it tasted VERY off. Never coming here again as long as he's working. Please do better, hire someone who actually cares about customer service.

So I went to McDonald's after work to get a bit to eat. I work late so most places are closed. All I got was a two cheese burger meal large size because I was sharing with my husband with a sprite. I get home and my Fry's were not fresh like I asked. Instead of making fresh Fry's they took the old ones and put them back into to fryer. Gross. They burgers tasted like they have been sitting there for about 30 minutes and over seasoned .Gross. The best part of my meal was the sprite. I ask for fresh because I know how they do things and the little tricks they do. I have worked there before. I don't want to pay $10.00 for a meal that is going to be old. Nobody does. Nobody should have to ask for anything to be fresh. Everything should be FRESH. If you won't eat it don't give it to your customers.

While their food is good for fast food,Their prices are not what they used to be.Do they even have a dollar menu anymore???I used to love their chocolate shakeBut now I avoid them.I do like the breakfast burrito, just wish it was a little bigger for what you pay.

Avoid during breakfast Monday through Friday because Tricia is horrible to both customers and employees.Lunch and dinner staff are all awesome, as are the regular employees that work breakfast.One horrible manager ruins the experience for literally everybody there whenever she's at work.

Since COVID, I am never inside the building (Not a problem with going in, it just hasn't happened) so I can't comment on how things go in there. What I can comment on is the increasing incompetence at the drive-thru. To make matters worse, it's in an enclosed drive-thru, so you can't just leave.Most recently, I went to the drive-thru with my mobile app code for lunch. When I pulled up to my speaker, someone asked me to wait a moment. I then watched four cars pull through the other speaker without anyone coming back to mine, and the voice that asked me to wait was the same one coming through the speaker in the other lane. I finally just pulled up to the window. I told them they were ignoring the other line, and that I wanted to order. Now. (I was firm, but there was no yelling or profanity. I generally find that unnecessary.) I gave them my code, and they somehow couldn't process my order, so they found someone to help them but kept taking orders. Finally, they said they were going to get a manager. With cars piling up behind me, I told them that I would drive around and come inside rather than hold up the line. I pulled away and went to KFC. It was ridiculous. I'd made a quick run and wasn't really dressed to get out of the car. I made the decision not to.It's getting to the point where there is an issue just about every time I go — something is broken, sold out, made wrong, etc. It's ridiculous.

I asked for fresh food, it wasn't. Twice! Not helpful and bun was hard on fish, fish was old. Made me wait 18 minutes anyway. Nuggets were old and chewy. Sweet tea wasn't sweet. Won't go back. I'm afraid they'll spit in my food.
