were treated very ill by the fake staff; quite rude and inattentive. do not waste your time and money at this FILTHY place, i mean it for real and not out of anger. within walking distance from this place you would find many many alternatives.

Great live music at the Coco Lounge. No food served in lounge and the food court doesn't offer a lot, that you can bring to lounge.

On the plus side hotel and room was clean. That said bathtub would accommodate only those under 6’ and under 150 lbs. Tub was curved, shallow and the shower curtain rod was at most 5’10” in height. Asked for 3 refrigerators for 3 rooms only got one but charged for 3. No room service and 2 out 10 in our party got sick after eating at their buffet. Food looked overcooked, roast beef chewy and chicken appeared to have sat under a heat lamp for hours. Would recommend you find another place to stay.

I have stayed here many times. This last time our beds in the room were really bad, the 2 pillows were as flat as a pancake, after 6 nights (2 more to go) we left and went to another hotel (Silverton) with pillowtop bedding and 4 pillows (imagine that). The Fiesta needs to up grade their beds, bedding and pillows. When on vacation waking up with a sore back sucks! I can't say anything bad about the staff or housekeeping, it's a good hotel if your on a budget but for me the bedding/pillows/blankets/shower curtain needs a bent rod so the curtain doesn't stick to you when showering all need to be upgraded. I'm sad as i really LIKE the LOCATION. Coming back in September 2020 but i won't be staying here. :(

Attention dog owners. My review is for you. My husband and I were driving through the Las Vegas area and didn’t want to go downtown so when we saw this hotel was dog friendly we decided to stay here. We are traveling with our two small dogs. The cost of the room more than doubled with the non refundable $55 pet deposit and local taxes. Pets must be 50 pounds or less. We were told the dogs could not be left in the room without being in a kennel and failure would be an additional $275 fine. We had not planned to leave them alone, but then we learned none of the in-house restaurants accept pets this became a real quandary. We knew the buffet would be a resounding no, so we went to the cafe. The cafe refused to even make us a to-go order so we could eat in the room. When my husband explained our dilemma one employee said we could bring them in if they were quiet and stayed under the table. After being seated, one dog barked once as the waitress approached the table. About two minutes later the manager (I think) came up and started reading us the riot act—threatening to call security. He was extremely rude and in our faces. After he left, we asked for take out boxes, which we got and went back to the room to eat. If the cafe would have agreed to do that in the first place, we could have avoided the whole ugly scene. That said, the room was adequately clean, beds comfortable enough, though some of the chairs had obvious soiled areas. There are some small outdoor areas where you dog can relieve themselves close to the exits. It wasn’t a good experience for us though. My advice is Eat before you check-in if you plan to stay here.

Services at this casino/hotel were lacking. There seemed to be one person on staff for parking and bellhop service. Our family (including 2 kids) had to enter through the casino to get to our room. Check-in was not close to concierge. The pool was closed, there were no room amenities. Do not choose this hotel for anything other than the casino.

I got a very low price midweek - equivalent of a low-end motel. Great deal. No, it's not the Ritz but it's also not Motel 6 (unlike what one reviewer claimed). So my 5 star rating reflects the extreme value of the Fiesta. I needed a place to sleep before a flight the next day, having just driven in from the Grand Canyon. For that, the hotel totally worked. I even got a 2 for 1 offer for the buffet, so spent $11 for 2 for an adequate spread of food. Room was fine and very quiet. Most guests seemed to be seniors at this period, so they were quiet. We don't gamble so can't comment on that aspect. Hot water was pumping. Everyone on staff was friendly. A few areas where the Fiesta could improve. Rooms need a coffee/tea maker. Only place I found for a simple tea in the morning was the Starbucks at $5 a pop downstairs.Bed sheets had a slightly artificial feeling. Couldn't get to the hot tub (gate to pool locked). However, these are minor issues. All in all, a good stay for under 50 bucks.

We just needed a non expensive room for the night, before driving to Laughlin. And that's pretty much what it was. However that little diner/restaurant inside ...delish!!! I highly recommend the omelettes!!! So damn good! And your waitresses were outstanding! On top of all my needs:: lemon in my ice water, extra napkins, hot sauce, burnt hashbrowns; (allthough I think that thank you goes to the cook) I was very appreciative of how speedy my food got to me.

We went to the buffet at the Fiesta for a family dinner, 10 of us. One person had the player's card, which saved $5 per adult meal. They were already $16 for adults and $10 for kids, so it was fairly reasonable. With the player's card discount, we paid around $150 for the group. The food was fantastic and had so much variety. It was Halloween night and there weren't a lot of people there, which was a plus. The wait staff was very attentive to our table, visiting at least 6 times during the out we were there. I would go there again.

Awesome view, super nice desk associates. Room upgrade w/o asking daughter disabled. Not as smoking in casino as it use to be. The grandkids adored the pool & the fact that it stayed opened later was great.

I'm literally walking away from this bar as I type this. The Bartender "Ron"is rude As hell. He literally was rude the minute we walked up and ask a Customer if a seat was taken. He unnecessarily barked at me and my mom about moving a bar stool closer to each other. I decided to just let it go, and stand their politely to get at least order a drink, he literally ignored us. Not the kind of service I expected. Coworkers and friends have had great things to say.. and my experience so far has been unpleasant. I felt too uncomfortable to stay at that bar and walked to the next bar. Hopefully we'll have more friendlier bartenders who won't bark at you if you ask a question. "Ron" needs some serious customers service skills.

I have seen the Sixtiesmania group many times and look forward to Saturday nights at the Fiesta so I can see them. They are a talented group of musicians and performers who engage the audience with high energy songs ( CCR) and fantastic renditions of classic songs such as "Pretty Woman" and " Can't Help Falling In Love". There is a perfect blend of songs in their sets and I always enjoy watching them. If you want to go on an awesome classical rock journey, check them out, you won't be dissapointed.

We visited this lounge in order to see Sixties Mania which was one of favorites many years ago. In the interim the 60's costumes have gone into the dumpster and the go go dancers have retired, but the band continues to perform the music I grew up enjoying. The lounge is about what you would expect to find in the Fiesta so don't come expecting much in the way of decor.

Saw an ad to see the 60s mania band. On the ad it said $.99 margaritas so we said hey let's go down and check them out so I came to the lounge and I said I'd like to try to those $.99 margaritas. I am sorry but they are two dollars. So I asked when did that change he said last Monday. Now the ad was posted today bait and switch.....Hey look I'm not somebody that's trying to get something for free OK and the Margarita was good but right on the glasses is $.99 margaritas hello? So I asked to speak to a manager and a manager did come over and I complimented her on her dress cause she was dressed very nicely but I said hey you know we came here because of the $.99 margaritas and a free band but the right on the cup says we love locals 99 cent Margarita. So it's OK so maybe want to lose the cops and maybe put a little salt on them. Then they told me that your now are using Jose Cuerpo tequila which is the worst crap in the world because they originally were using salsa which is actually the best tequila in Mexico so I said well that doesn't make any sense. San Jose cuerpo was the worst tequila ever and why did you switch and then raise the price? Anyway I am not sure what's going on but hey thanks for reading my review and good luck
