Friday night March 15th. Place was going off! Band was set up inside and blew the roof off! So good. Great energy, great vibe, great time!!! A classic "modern" dive bar with a real good crowd. Had a really fun time! Definitely will go again.*food trucks right outside for some tasty eats

This bar is such a great place to hang out and listen to music. The bartenders are helpful and make you feel at home.
Walked in i didnt even make contact with a barstool and was asked to leave because of a vest I have on which have no patches colors or any kind of insignias, so I guess it's a no bikers bar, which is fine, but I found it very odd there's hundreds of other bars
The Gold Mine Tavern isn't much to look at but the atmosphere is friendly and fun. They have bands play on Friday and Saturday nights that are actually good. It's a nice neighborhood place where everyone seems to know each other and a single woman can feel safe in.

Way too loud and smokey. But the worst is the bartender lost/stole my card. Didn't bother looking for it or doing anything. Just stared at me and said "it's gone" and that was it.

Liked the band, etc but setup there is horrible. Why would you squeeze everyone in that small bar when you have outdoor space and heaters? Also, why worry about marijuana smell when you allow cigars??? Seriously would prefer smelling pot than cigars and we left because of cigar smoke.
