I hadn't ordered Pizza Hut in a long time. The pizza was absolutely great. I opted for in-store pickup. It said it would be ready in 20 minutes but when I went there it probably ended up being closer to 40 minutes when I got it. So I had to go in and out of my car a few times to check on it. The staff wasn't rude but there wasn't anything exceptional about them.

The order was more than 30 minutes late. When we called to ask where the order was, the employee lied about why the order was late and sarcastically replied that “the pizza is going to get there when the pizza gets there.”

Well, trying to be proactive; I thought ordering at 2pm would be sufficient for a 445pm pickup order of 6 pizzas. Apparently, I couldn't be more wrong. The first red flag was the lack of parking in front of the store...the second of a bunch of customers with unhappy expressions on their faces...the third, is when I realized my name wasn't on the list for pickup orders. Nonetheless, I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. After speaking to to one of the employees and then the "manager" or whoever was running the show after finding out my order was never processed - I requested a refund and to have my order delivered to my address, which he confirmed would be the course of action. This is where things get weird (and in the meantime I picked up Panda as Plan B since I had no faith at this point). Since I didn't think the Panda was enough food for my Halloween gathering and didn't want to wait for delivery, I went back to the store to see if I could just pick up my order instead of delivery - they said my order WAS ready and they just needed to box 'em. SERIOUSLY, I was waiting for 30 mins for them to do whatever they were doing and nothing!!! Either they didn't make them yet or they don't know WTF they're doing back there. No one wanted to step up, speak up, and take accountability of what was happening. Bunch of kids running around with chickens with their heads cut off...and believe me, I'm not the only one who didn't get their pizzas that day. It was a cluster$&@$!!!Unless someone addresses what happened, I will never order or recommend Pizza Hut again. Marcos or whoever will forever have my business.

Ordered from this location and had items missing from the order, called in to report it and Cameron answered and said he delivered it and there were no missing items.I let him know I have a ring doorbell camera where you can see clearly there were items missing, and he hung up the phone.Terrible customer service

The pizza tasted like it was old and stale. The peperone was dried out, there was hardly any cheese on it and the box it came in would not help keep it warm. I will not be buying another Pizza Hut Pizza.

Harsh reviews, wow. I like PH, and this location has excellent customer service. Pizza was good, and not insanely salty like dominoes. But I must say I was disappointed with the lack of sauce, toppings, and cheese on my pie, and we ordered and paid for extra cheese. And like the vaunted McRib, why not have Detroit Style Pizza all year long?

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Food is inconsistent, at best. And the "we're sorry, please contact us" response will get you no where. No response from local, district, or regional management. Just stay away!

I'll be honest this Pizza Hut is very hit and miss. You can get a decent pizza one time and then a terrible one the next. Also I feel like their boneless wings are all breading and no meat. Maybe just me? Only good thing about it is location. If they can just get some consistency this place would be great.

They changed my order from a big box with 3 pizzas to just 3 medium pizzas AFTER they delivered it thus charging my card more than I approved. Never again. Make sure to check your bank account after ordering from them.
