Was at the resort walking around and Mexican food sounded really good at the time so we went in and it started off ok our server was great we all ordered beers and mixed drinks then chips and salsa and I ordered some steak to put in the queso dip then I ordered 2 flautas and they came out with sides I told them I didn’t want and the meats I ordered wasn’t inside the flauta like the cook just does what he wants I guess idk I left shorty after that

We were greeted and seated by a friendly host, our server Suzy came over, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Her customer service was excellent. She was attentive but not overbearing. She made friendly conversation with us but never ignored other guest. I’ve been to Sonrisa Grill several times and my experience has always been a good one. We’ll ask for her when we come again.

Truly excellent in every way, location over looking lake Las Vegas, service from the host to the bar tender, servers, the manager Jordan came and said hello very friendly, polite, professional and happy environment The food is wonderful, tasty, great portions even w the happy hour so much great food! Truly authentic Mexican food Thank you
Service was horrible. Absolutely ridiculous! Check out the pic. The help congregated in the cubby throughout the whole meal. They were talking together and on showing each other stuff on their phones.

I would like to extend a huge thank you to Paul at Sonrisa Grill for his incredible kindness and understanding this Christmas Eve. As a regular patron of the restaurant, I called first thing in the morning to confirm their hours of operation, especially given the special occasion. I was informed that they would be closing at 5 PM and taking the last seating at 4 PM. We arrived at 3:45 PM, only to be told that we couldn’t sit down to eat and that the last seating was at 3:30PM. Naturally, I expressed my concerns about the misinformation I had received.
It was at this point that Paul truly shined. He listened patiently and showed genuine concern for our situation. In an act of kindness, he graciously allowed us to dine and even allowed us to enjoy Taco Tuesday on top of it! His understanding and willingness to make things right transformed what could have been a disappointing experience into a joyful one. Out of respect for the team and their time, we ensured that we finished our meal by 4:30 PM. I truly appreciate Paul’s thoughtful approach and his commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you, Paul, for going above and beyond to make our Christmas Eve special!
