The staff here are very friendly and take their time explaining the concept and how to order and watching the liquid nitrogen show is quite entertaining; other than that, there isn't too much to write home about. The prices are far too expensive for the little bit of ice cream you get, the flavors were good but I have had better ice cream elsewhere, and the ice cream seemed to melt incredibly quickly. We essentially paid extra for soupy ice cream. One other good thing is that when the ice cream was still frozen, the texture was incredibly smooth.

I used to love this place, but dang... I'm guessing the recession is hitting them as well! This is their regular. It's a Small-ish small (about two half scoups size) and cost almost 10 dollars!! Holy Crap...

FABULOUS; The flavors, the service, everything was fabulous. We met the owner; he and Armi were patient, friendly, and highly accommodating for our first visit. We had no idea what to get and they made the decisions so easy for us. This is the best ice cream I've ever eaten, and it wasn't even chocolate which is my typical go-to.Husband got the Coffee Concoction, which Armi designed. I got the owner-recommended Citric Substance (subbed Mango for a missed berry, and added cheesecake bites; I highly recommend)!!Everything is custom, and fresh made in front of you with modern science!! Highly recommend visiting to chill a hot Vegas day. ?

The worst place ever.My 83 year old Mom and I walked in as the $1.oo ice cream at McDonalds was being repaired, and sub zero is across the parking lot. The windows and door were filthy with prints and smears. It did not smell pleasant inside. But Mom walked all that way, so we went in. The owner was yelling at his only employee, very irate. The poor kid was just taking it all with respectful replies. The owner had no situational awareness & did nothing to help these two first time customers. We learned the poor kid was working other jobs, he was very endearing, industrious, and has plans for a business degree going to college. The owner peaked out from the back to glare at my Mom and I from time to time, and astoundingly-he continued to yell at and berate the only person WORKING in his establishment. Owner breaks the first rule of thumb respect the people that do the WORK that he obviously is unwilling to do. Second rule of thumb he should not have let his unprofessionalism spill out into the customer area. We heard it all from him and he is in the wrong. I hope the poor kid walks and enjoys his other jobs, because he did not deserve to be treated so disrespectful by a lazy boss. Our $2.00 ice-cream adventure turned into a $20.00 witnessing of employer abuse on his only WORKING employee. We will never return to this disgusting place again, except to find out if the kid walked away from the abusive boss. I hope this place goes out business and the boss is never a boss of anyone ever again.

Not at all impressed. I ordered a huckleberry custard with extra "chocolate flakes" for delivery from Uber Eats. When it arrived the top of the ice cream was a good 2 inches from the top of the container. The color was an extremely off putting and unappetizing gray color, and the chocolate "flakes" turned out to actually be mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. I don't necessarily mind chocolate chips but they are, in fact, very different from flakes and it wasn't specified that they were semi-sweet which doesn't bother me but a lot of people don't like semi-sweet or dark chocolate. I couldn't taste the huckleberry at all. There was a tiny slight aftertaste of berryness but not even remotely a huckleberry ice cream. Totally overpriced and a complete waste of money for a lot of hype and lack of substance.

NOPE!!!!! Came by to check out the place, a lady preparing something for delivery then went back to prepare ice with no gloves...wipe down counter with rag and back to prepping ice cream with no gloves still. No hand washing. A new guys came clock in then went straight to the counter to prepare ice cream. Same no hand washing or sanitizing. NASTY!!!! Good thing we ddnt even bother to order...who knows what happens inside their kitchen....NOPE.....09/05/22 1645 so who ever working at this time and day...customers watching!!!

Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream on S Valle Verde has fantastic ice cream. You need to make sure you go in with an open mind and plenty of time because it typically takes some time to make each persons ice cream. I had the Cherry Charge and it tasted like Chocolate covered cherries… it was delicious!!! My husband had the BERNOULLI BRULEE… he thought it was really good as well. Our Daughter and GrandDaughter customized theirs and loved their end creations, but at the end of the day one of the best parts about our trip to Sub Zero Nitrogen Ice Cream earlier this evening was “Joy” the lone store attendant, who had only been on the job for three and a half weeks. She was nice, sweet, funny, and truly sorry when she had to break the news to us that they were out of several key ingredients for our first picks for our selections. She is truly a kind soul that deserves great things to come in her life! We truly appreciated the fantastic service we received and the fantastic “Science Experiment” ice cream, which was definitely fun for our granddaughter to watch the process in real time. We will definitely be back!!!

You order then get canceled. With no reason given. The last order was wrong and for how expensive it is you get a tiny cup of ice cream

They didn't have all the selections on the menu. Their employee is very soft spoken and you had to strain to hear and understand anything they said. We weren't offer different hardness levels of the homemade ice cream they make for you anymore. Overpriced for what you get but it is a unique experience. All the locations in Utah are way better.

This was a nice reprieve on a hot day, and my tween loved the experience. The employee who took care of us was friendly. I was shocked how filling, like *heavy* the ice cream is. You get a lot for a decent price!

Unique experience for the kids to see the process on how they make the ice cream. My kiddo sure does!

Horrible Horrible . First the kids that work on Saturday 6 to 7pm shift (the blonde kid and the girl that has brownish hair) seemed like they were either on something or too much sugar. The male would not stop asking g me to dance and was becoming annoying. I told politely No thank you please just get my order. The kid turns around and says to me "You don't know how to dance!" WHAT? I kept my cool and did not answer. I had order a Vanilla Heath Bar in a waffle con bowl that had Whip cream. Yum! WRONG The girl grabs the whip cream an d swung it towards the kid and cut his finger. Then she says sorry we are out of whip cream and hands me my ice cream in a paper bowl. I saw they did not have any waffle come Bowls. They never said anything. The two were acting (excuse my language) like idiots , playing around instead of helping the customer. The worst part is that they charged me what the cost was for ice cream in a waffle bowl. They ripped both me and my friend. DO NOT GO. OWNER OF THE STORE WAKE UP. YOUR LOSING BUSINESS DUE TO YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL EMOYEES. When you first open I think I was one if your first customer to try Subzero and we loved it. Now, not going back ever....

What a disappointment. They were out of many toppings. Employee said they were waiting for delivery for over three weeks. If you are going to be in business, lets use a little common sense and find your toppings elsewhere even if it cost more. Lets try to accommodate your customers as much as possible as you wait for your delivery. The place was dirty, tables were sticky, and glass was really dirty. Cleanliness is important but they obviously lack that. The lights were off when we walked in, employee said they were trying to make it seem like a disco joint, ha ha . It seems more like they were trying to save electric. I want to see what I'm eating. To be honest the ice cream sucked. My daughter ordered a creation with waffle cone but never received cone because they were out of waffle cones. You shouldn't be in business if you can't run it correctly.

Went twice...it was nice the first time, when it first opened. Exspensive (for ice cream)!Good not great ice cream, but interesting to watch being made. A 3 or 4. Second time we went it was just two kids working and they really needed supervision. They were awful: didn't know how to make the ice cream, were laughing and making awkward jokes. Should have just left!!!! The ice cream was awful...stale toppings, wasn't mixed right and the kids broke the whip cream dispenser, so no whip cream. Also, they were missing the waffle cones from the picture.
