I know this review is going to be long. It's likely to elicit the "TL, DR" comments. However, the customer service both during (at the store) and after (contact with corporate) an incident is the main reason for the low rating and needs to be disclosed. Before I get to that, here's how it rates on other aspects. FOOD - The pizza is your standard mall-type fare. Depending on what time you go, it's fresh and does taste good. I could get a better deal elsewhere though. We have a local pizzeria just down the road that offers a terrific deal for carryout and the pizza is awesome (16" for less than $10). The sides here at Villa are either pasta, rolls, or salad. Again, most local type places offer that fare. VALUE - You might be better off going to a non casino/mall type place. If you're looking for pizza, salad, and pasta there is a buffet chain that offers the same fare for a lower price. CUSTOMER SERVICE - ABYSMAL My mother and I downloaded the app and got a free meal offer, my mom not only got her free meal, but was gifted a birthday slice of pizza days later. On August 2nd, we decided to stop in. Her free slice was expiring so we thought we'd go in and grab it. She ordered and then stepped to the register. The guy wanted to see her ID. Didn't ask for the phone number - but her ID. She showed it, he then proceeds to tell her she can't use the STILL VALID birthday offer. Offer expires August 4th, again, this was August 2nd (so it was still valid). And, according to the wording it had been good for 14 days AFTER the offer was sent - so it was sent around July 21st. Because her birthday was 7/28, he said she couldn't use it at all - despite the offer still being valid. He said the valid date didn't matter as it was "past her birthday" and thus invalid. I'm sorry, if it had expired on her birthday, it wouldn't still be valid (or even showing on the app) - that argument didn't work either. It wasn't that they didn't participate - there was signage on the board advertising the program. He just didn't want to honor it at all. After a slight disagreement - and yes I PUSHED THE ISSUE (the slice had been reheated and paying for it wasn't an option), he asked for her to hand him the phone so he could read the terms. He only half-ass apologized by saying the wording was small, but he honored the deal. As this location was difficult to get to due to construction in the area (it is the closest one to us), and not wanting to return after that debacle - we decided to get back in line and get the free sign up meal. I was planning to delete the app after this, as watching what my mom went through proved the rewards program wasn't worth it. I had no issues with my redemption. Then my mother stepped up. First he entered her phone number completely wrong. He couldn't seem to get it right despite her giving it to him digit by digit. Then, when he finally did enter it correctly - he says she's not a member. I showed him the phone and showed her account information (name and phone number). He said it didn't show up on his monitor. Mind you he didn't ask for the phone number for the free slice, had he done so this could've been avoided. He took the number again - not showing her as a member. I then showed him the information again. It was me who noticed the 1+ in front of the number under the account (thus making it 11 digits as opposed to 10). He acted like that fact didn't matter. I asked him to enter it as 1 then phone number. He didn't want to and said it wouldn't work. With the line piling up, he finally did as I requested. We were not moving, and I wasn't having her pay for what should've been a free meal. He showed me how he entered it and said "this is what I see" - and it worked! She was a member and her discount showed! He was even surprised t

I had been hiking most of the day so I hadn't eaten a meal since morning. We stopped at the casino on our way back from the grand canyon. My expectations were low with a food court restaurant but we were hungry. And, I had the munchies. This was still by far the worst Italian food I've ever had. It was not fresh, it was bland, it was warm not hot, and even though I worked up an appetite, I still couldn't force myself to eat it.

Decent New York pizza in fiesta casino. Nice crust and toppings with combos offering decent side salads like Greek or Caesar. Pretty nice surprise.

My sister took me here for a quick bite to eat while visiting from Colorado. I have to say, I was a little skeptical at first but all skepticism was put aside when we met Leslie! Leslie had impeccable customer service skills and she made some very tasty suggestions. The salads were super fresh and the garlic knots and calzones were delicious. If you have room or just want a little sweet they have wonderful sweet cannolis. I highly recommend this little gem if you are not wanting the big buffet! Thanks again Leslie for the great service, you are truly an asset to the company!

Leslie gave us amazing service!!! She was very polite, informative and funny. We tried the vegetarian pizza and it was pretty good. I like the fact that they put it in the oven to have it nice and warm for you after you choose which slide.

So we start off by walking up to the counter and see what they have ..we came here to see a movie movie. I have a big sign on the counter that says 15% off with your movie stub ..so I went over and bought our tickets first. So we ordered our dinner chicken with spaghetti with meat sauce and a salad. The girl says what's your ticket stub its only 10% off-is that ok ? My response was why does the sign say 15%? .. her reply was oh it's been wrong for a long time. The chicken was rubbery and Chicken McNugget type of meat. Spaghetti was good but it was kind of confusing why she had to put it in the microwave for 3 minutes before she would serve it to us when it was sitting on a hot plate ...maybe not so hot !! Well I understand why nobody has wasted their time doing reviews on this little dump . I must have gotten the same little girl that the last reviewer got with the snotty attitude !!- like I owed her something for her having a job Well next time it's Fatburger they never disappoint never come to this place again.

I never met a pizza I didn't like till I came here! Service was with attitude from the lil mexican girl (almost Like I owed her something) and the side salad was mini portion and half of it was brown I will be here for 3 days and my kids and I will steer clear of this place!
