The food here is always cold or reheated never cooked fresh. The fries are alway burnt and cold. My autistic son likes the nuggets and fry combo but it’s alway cold burnt food so the money is always wasted.

Been here 4 or 5 times order has been wrong 3 times and the 1 time I got charged for something I didn’t order. Service is extremely slow inside and drive thru orders are fast but have been wrong every time. Service sucks. Never go here go down sunset a couple more lights to the next one.

Guy working front counter was very friendly, took extra care of an elderly couple that came right after me.
Went here today and they take forever to bring out your food they were talking too much with each other and the food was lukewarm. I don’t recommend this place at all.

Im telling yall please do not go to this wendys every single time i place an online order with them they 100% never get it right the absolute last straw with these people is when i called and asked to speak to a manger the man on the phone gone tell me she dosent speak english they gave me old food that had been sitting out im over it they just need to shut this wendys down these people up here make me never wanna eat wendys again its not hard to put food in a bag

Customer service could use some work, guy was a little rude.My food had sweet and sour sauce all over the bag because the sauce was punctured ( looked intentional) there was another sauce that looked like it was punctured but didn’t go through. Lemonade was also watered down.My husband is getting a refund now . May God bless the people working here, I pray joy into their lives.
