Aka Oni Noodle and Bistro

By far the BEST place for sushi and sashimi! Had a get together for a friend's birthday here and honestly was so amazed at how fresh and delicious everything was! We enjoyed the sushi platters, the staff was kind enough to split the platter into two portions for our table of 7 to share comfortably without reaching over each other. Although it is not operated by Japanese, the food was really great and service was average!! Not cheap but at least what you paid is what you got. The sashimi and alcohol selection is good. We kept on going back for more. Must try the fusion sushi rolls. You must call for reservation...don't be fooled by OpenTable. They don't use it.

I thought the interior of this place had a very welcoming and colorful feel with the interesting masks/demons. I tried their house special-the mixed intestine stew as well as the chicken katsu. The katsu portion was the largest I ever seen in Vegas; their curry was spot on with flavor and the corn really completes the dish.
