This will be my last time ordering food from here or giving donations for kids here. One of the employees messed up on our order handed us a shake told us we could keep it. My son already stuck his hands in it thinking it was his guy turn around asked for it back to throw it in the trash. They rather waste food then let a little human being eat it really sad and upsetting.

Horrible service and horrible quality food.. the staff was terrible and even the manager didn't care about anything.. They sold me and served me burnt nuggets fries and onion rings.. Whenni told the manager he said oh yeah the oil is bad! wtf is that !

Ok I'm sorry but this needs to be said look Burger King isn't cheap but it's one of my favorite spots, so I came Saturday and ordered a Texas bacon meal first if you don't like where you workout find a new place bc when I opened my burger to eat it it was just thrown together that it fell from the wrapper on the floor so there went 10 in some change, and there was so much mustard that if I wanted to order just mustard on my burger I could have ordered a bottle how much was on that burger the cheese was cold like not melted so that meant my burger was warm. Workers need to care about how they are making someone's food, I was very disappointed

Ibonly used the drive through , but the people who professional acting and the food recieved was correct and hot. It was also very quick.

Hi BK! I just wanted to let you know here that when a person orders a plain whopper, and the person you have taking your orders says "just the patty?" and we say "yes", we do NOT mean to also exclude the bread. We want the bread. Bread good. We do not know that when the person taking the order asks "just the patty?" That they are subconsciously also excluding the bread from the "plain whopper" order. Thanks!p.s. yes, i still ate it. i had to grip the bare patty with my hands. i felt like an animal. i will never recover from this

This has got to be the worst Burger King in the region. Slow slow slow, weird irritated attitude. I have been here a few times and always just figured they were short staffed or just busy. Well today they were not busy, I saw plenty people inside doing nothing laughing chilling. Maybe they need more cooks?
Some of the very new workers are lazy they continue to rely on the Older Lady that's been there a while to do everything. Notice a new Black Female worker could not even count the change from a customer put on the counter that's how bad she is the Old lady that's been there a while had to count the change for her. That's how bad it is.the Burger King on Rainbow Blvd off West Cliff.

Worst experience here about one of the employees here Jenni had a bad attitude with me after I told her a simple mistake that she did when she should've told me they charge for extra cheese. She got mad after I told her why it was a little more expensive and told her I was gonna report this attitude she had, and she said she didn't care. Bad experience here don't come here.
