I asked for 2 tacos plain with just meat and cheese and what I got was 2 tacos full of who knows what an no cheese at all. I got part of my order right but not everything which is why they get a 2. I got wrong tacos and no soda. Pro tip: Go in person because if you do a delivery or online order it will be wrong and the staff will not care or give you attitude if you ask to get it corrected.

Your typical Café Rio chain restaurant with good size portions of food at reasonable prices. The food was good but nothing more than average for this style of restaurant. Some of the things I do not like about this chain of restaurants is the production line style of ordering your food. The primary problem is when the lines get so backed up with customers waiting to order. This is made worse when you not only have to wait on the staff but there is always that customer or customers that cannot make up their mind on what they want and hold up the line even further. Another major problem it seems in all the Café Rio restaurants is the noise. I do not know what it is, but these restaurants are always noisy, and the furniture (tables/chairs) are simply terrible to sit in and reflect on while eating. The company sure did their environmental research in their design of the furniture to ensure no one wants to sit in the restaurant longer than 45-60 minutes. I suggest if you do wish to eat here, come when the restaurant is not busy to get faster service and a much quieter environment.
They are literally selling food without supplying utensils. And they don’t care..What a joke!?!

Best cafe Rio in town. Great staff, runs a great operation even when busy. If there is a problem they fix it with a smile. Only come to this one and they have earned my loyalty….boycott blue Diamond location at all costs only come to this Durango location and you’ll never be disappointed.
Where is management? The staff just says whatever they want and does whatever they want. One employee starts telling another “don’t talk to me like that I’ll cuss you right now for real…” the lady ringing people up has to finished texting her friends before she can get back to working…. It was a long response but she types fast….. Replace management asap.

The red sauce was terrible; tasted like they added a ton of sugar; Totally ruined my burrito. Either they changed the recipe or they gave me the wrong sauce. Customer service wasn't much better.
My order was missing a second (ordered and paid for) bag of chips. I waited until it was corrected, but the to go orders wait staff seemed dismissive that the items were missing, rolling her eyes when I mentioned it. Also, I ordered extra shredded cheese on the one taco order, and when I got home, there was No cheese at all on the taco...Parking: NA

This has to be one of the worst Cafe Rio restaurants I've been to. The manager/district manager/regional managers should be ashamed.For starters, not a single employee greeted us as we stood in front of them for 5 minutes waiting to be helped. More than half the tables were dirty. The food prep workers on their phones. The chicken was burnt. These cooks can't wrap a burrito and can't properly cut a quesadilla. This entire staff needs to be retrained or let go. Starting with your manager.
