I am a local, and I hate to leave bad reviews; but I would not risk dining here. I got the Philly cheese sandwich. I took one bite and threw it away. The desert was also inedible. My child agreed. There was no one inside when we entered. The floor and tables were dirty. The staff looked a bit rough, but they were very friendly. The only reason I tried this place is because the noodle place near them was too busy. I wouldn't go here again.

Just ordered a Philly steak sandwich went and picked it up got home worst sandwich I’ve ever gotten from the Flamingo location beef was tough and extremely dry preferred it loaded except mushrooms very few onions and peppers, things need to change or I’ll never return!

I live a mile up the street. Have since 2000.Every single time that I come here 80-100% of the tables are dirty. It happened again this afternoon. I pointed it out nicely and I got a “Well, we’ve been busy.” And then the two schlubs disappeared to the back. I ate my whole sandwich while no customers walked in. You’d think that the tables would’ve been wiped down about 15 minutes later. NOPE.Sheer laziness. Low class employees. Ex SoCal trash.I’m done with this location. DONE! And many of my friends have been informed and feel the same way. Not everyone takes their food to go or is a DoorDash order.

Came here quite a few years ago but the sandwich stuck in my mind. Once that happens I get a craving and I need to have that exact thing. I tend to duplicate recipes at home in that situation and seeing as how I don’t live in Vegas, but Turkey isn’t really my thing and sometimes it’s best to stick to the original source. This place rocks. They’re Turkey cranberry coleslaw on roll and heated? The bomb! Besides some Texas hold ‘em and roulette? I came for this. Moved to Hawaii so it’s gonna be a while. Mahalo

I've heard many great things about Capriotti's in Las Vegas. To me, it was all hype. I got their American Wyagu Cheesesteak sandwich with no cheese. The thing looked anemic and the meat was flavorless. I request for the hot and sweet peppers to be put on the side. They put them in the sandwich. Which I feel like it over powered everything else in the sandwich. My friend got a small chicken cheesesteak and a small Italian. The chicken on the cheesesteak was over cooked and dry. However; the Italian was good. But how can you really screw up a cold sandwich? The staff were nice enough. But no one stood out. The inside of the establishment was clean enough. Food was simple but well executed. I loved the chicken cheesesteak that I ordered! I added hot peppers and it's exactly what the sandwich needed. The bread was super soft. Even though we got size small sandwiches they were large enough to fill us up on the road trip from Las Vegas to LA. The parking is a bit difficult since there's lots of restaurants but definitely happy we stopped here! We didn't realize it was a chain so we'll definitely be getting their sandwiches again. The service was quick, and they don't charge you until after you get your food. Sadly they had no public restroom but can't take away a star just for that.
