So this is my go to capriottis near my house. It's always clean and the employees are always nice. Last week when I got home I realized my sandwich was wrong. I called and spoke with the asst manager on duty and she said she'd take care of it on my next visit. Came in the following week and Isaiah was there to help easy. Thanks for the smiles and great food. Keep it up

All I can say is WOW! Placed an order online, went to pick it up and the girl tells me I don't have an order. Showed my email and she's like "oh there it is". I have been to several other Capriotti's, but this one is the worst. Honestly, don't know how this location is still open. The other times I've been here there has never been one customer in the store. Food is good, but next time going to another location. Only go to this one because it's close. Sad.

Not far from my way home but always new people who suck at making sandwiches. Order cheese steak and cheese is stuck to wrapper.. Order a turkey and the sandwich feels thin and not all the veggies are right.. One day i will stop going to this location .. Go 12mins out of the way and get it done right. Spend $40 get less points and the its not right.. Come on now
