I failed and moved to the nearby Shanghai Plaza. The information was not updated in time.

Amazing place, wonderful food. Was recommended this place in a local bar and cannot thank them enough. Food was absolutely delicious, service was quick. Do yourself a favour and come here instead of eating on the strip.

Look for China Mama 2 Shanghai plaza. They are open! My wife and I have eaten here several times (locals). The staff are amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable, and starting to recognize us. The menu is easy to navigate and offers a nice variety of options. The restaurant is always busy with a line out the door. We have tried several dishes and have never left disappointed in our choices. The restaurant is nicely lit and open with a warm welcome environment. The Jasmine Green Tea is amazing. The Tan Tan noodles are phenomenal. If you enjoy spicy food, this is a great place.

This place is cozy with a beautiful ambiance. The food is not a typical Chinese, cooking style with a different twist. Their food is well seasoned. However, the portion is only good for at least 2-3 people especially when you have a big appetite. Service is quick & the food was ready within minutes.

First time for us at the new location for China MaMa!! The space is absolutely gorgeous. Comfortable seating in a beautiful environment. We started with the Hot and Sour soup which was excellent. Anyone who loves this soup knows how many mediocre bowls are served around the city. This Hot and Sour soup is unique in it's texture and taste. The Kung Pao Chicken, which might be the best I have ever had, was delivered and the sauce was out of this world. Both dishes, though commonplace, are set apart by the subtle flavors in their sauces. We followed up with the Salt and Pepper Pork Ribs which were also very goodThe very friendly, helpful staff kept the table clear without being invasive. Our first time here was enjoyable and tasty!!

The food was beyond amazing! We waited about 2.5 hours but it was well worth it. If you have a party of 6 or more, make sure you make a reservation, which makes it a lot easier.I still think about the crispy beef and can't wait for my next trip to Las vegas.

We were coming to Las Vegas for the first time last time to see a couple of Cirque du Soleil shows having not been here before I didn’t know what to expect as far as dining went, and discovered early on that the “name”restaurants on the strip are grossly overpriced and reservations required three weeks ahead. So I looked for someplace off the strip more to our liking and our budget and found China Mama. Saturday night a crazy two hour wait in a very small vestibule off the front door and the place was Hoppin.. we were finally sat and service was excellent and I’ve got to say that the portions were huge, the food was beautifully presented, and there was lots of it. And this is my favorite kind of Chinese American restaurant, type, family dining, and if you avoid the weekends, this is definitely a place to come for well prepared food that you don’t find every place with good service to boot . Packed with locals and Asian families.

After 8 previous unsuccessful attempts to visit this restaurant, I was finally able to get in without a huge wait. The local food bloggers have caused people to flock to this place and I don't blame them. We were able to get a table for 8 on a Tuesday early evening with a 35 min wait. We ordered the eggplant, crispy beef, pot stickers, beef rolls, pancakes, and general taos. Everything was super flavorful and all items were served very quickly!. Definitely worth the wait! Just try and get there early. Expect a wait every time, plan accordingly.
