These employees are excellent. It’s clear this is a busy location and that lunch rush happened and everyone is hard at work. There is a customer that is rudely jumping in to attempt to clean, cause a scene, etc. However, Alexis, the hard working employee cleaning the lobby does not let that impact her. I am very impressed by this location and Alexis especially being a speed machine with cleaning and professionalism in face of others behavior. Go Alexis and go team!

The staff assisting the customers are super slow. A young man working could barely walk because his pants were so low. The food area was very dirty. I ordered a barbacoa burrito, and it was extra salty. The chicken bowl hand no flavor. This location used to be amazing. It's sad to see its current condition. Management needs to do better.

Super busy. Staff was casually slow.The thing that really got me was the fact that a couple came in after us, they decided to order online and sit down to wait. They got their food before I could even get half way throught the line.Meanwhile I see online orders coming while the restaurant is full of people waiting in line for over 30 minutes.I felt bad for one guy, he left after realizing they were out of the beef barbacoa. "I waited over 30 minutes!"

Honestly I go to Chipotle a lot. I like to grab a quick Quesidilla and a soda when I'm out working. But most of these locations are trashed. It is so dirty in there. This one takes the cake though. Always out of something always dirty. The people that work at this specific location need to be fired. Honestly, they are super rude. I've seen customers leave and there's not even that many people inside just because they are messing around and ignoring each customer a few minutes the then talking to them like they are stupid and trash. And did I mention it's DIRTY!!! no forks no napkins no clean tables but all empty . Where is the manager. Not managing. Hopefully you guys can fix your staff issues because the food is great.

This place was terrible the black girl taking my order barely gave me any food . She was so rude slamming everything around that the couple behind me left without ordering. My 4 year old daughter aked me whats wrong with that lady is she mad? Not 1 table was clean to sit down and eat my $28 worth of food. No forks what's going on here ? The young tall black kid was very friendly and respectful the girl should be written up and or fired. Highly do not recommend I would give zero stars if possible.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly the employee was very rude

This restaurant is DIRTY!!! Floors tables flat top grill counters EVERYTHING!! Stood n line for 10minutes amd watched the employees refill the drinks and ice but no ime cleaned a table. And when i asked can they clean a table they said they were to busy. Asked for a manager and they took their time to go get her and when she came she acted like i was saying something wrong for telling them their whole dining room was nasty. No one was eating inside everyone was eating outside till they cleaned the tables after i asked

this is my third time going into that specific chipotle, and they have run out of items at least two hours before closing The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and extremely friendly no problems with them at all just don’t understand how every time over the last month they’ve run out of items Management should do a better job of prepping, especially when it comes to closing time got there and even tried to do an online order and we’re still missing crucial items, such as steak and all rice chipotle not having any rice at all, is an amazing thing the staff is wonderful but again, why is it every time 3 to 2 hours before closing? You are running out of all items should be better especially as a popular franchise establishment. The last comment I wanna make is that tables are always dirty as well. Every time I walk in crumbs plates, and everything are left. Everywhere in the establishment makes me afraid to eat there sometimes which is why I always order to go.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to my visit … I went in today around 4:30 and the place was filthy … I should’ve stopped there but I was already invested sitting in line .. the counter they prepare the food was so dirty … old food and toppings everywhere.. the containers were all damn near empty it seems like there was more food/toppings on the counter than in the tins.. I got a chicken bowl to go and requested the chicken that the cook had just got done cutting up because he was scraping the bottom of what was left in the tin and it looked old and hard.. they’re very stingy with the portions they give and the rice was hard and cold
