People I would not eat at this Chipotle whatsoever....I witness 2 employees with gloves going in and out of the bathroom and handle customers food in the process....this went on for 15 minutes and the manager didn't say a word!

First time visiting here. Absolutely disgusting dining lobby. Tables, floor, and beverage bar completely filthy. Employees had no idea what I was talking about when I tried to order one of their "lifestyle bowls." We were rushed through, and I had to interrupt to get a second bowl for our order. Ingredient options were messy and mixed together, not ideal for someone with dietary restrictions, the very reason we came.

They are professional service is fast and if you order for pick up order is always ready when you come in.

This is probably the worst chipotle in vegas there always out of food and you have to wait about 40 mins for them to restock you have to ask for more of everything because they only put a lil bit, and it takes forever to order. Ig it’s just poor management all

Very nasty floors and tables out of too many food items, i.e., pico, salsa lids for bowls. Clearly no adult supervision anywhere to be seen.
Employees are overwhelmed with customers' orders, don't listen, never have any food items, food all over the stations.

Chipotle is my life!!! Customer service is mostly okay. But apart of customer service is making a correct order. This location 92% of the time gets my online orders incorrect. Then corporate does nothing to rectify the situation. Wasted a lot of money here but it's the closest. After a messed up order resulted in a hospital visit due to a food allergy, we are done here.To respond, I already have reached out and the situations have not been rectified.

I order through GrubHub and chipotle puts your cup in your order. I received an empty cup with my food. I think this is a mistake on Chipotle's part.I tried to contact at the link given and it wants me to go to GrubHub. You need to hand a cup to the delivery person

Went in there yesterday at 11:00 am guy said to get out and that they weren't open yet...look buddy why are your doors open? If your not ready to conduct business. Let alone have a worker standing by the door to let me in before telling me to get lost. Have the worker greet me and kindly tell me your not ready to conduct business: I think this employee may need some retraining on customer service. 0 stars if I could. The regular chipotle I go to by my house is open by 10:30 am.
