I will give this place 1 and I am rating the restaurant on premium outlet south and north the Chipotle on south allways durty special the restroom the mens sink was broken very durty no towels and as soon you go in you can see how the kitches is durty and employees doesn't care The soda machine was all messed and I can notice they never wash the soda dispenser I try to get water and notice the water was durty of limonade residues the water was sweet. This place is nasty durty. The chipotle on the north has time of closing at 8pm, but the often closed at 6 pm, so they don't respect the time and DO NOT attempt to call customer service I have never meat a business with the worst customer service than chipotles that's why I am posting this warning if you go to this places expect durty and bad service.

First time we ate here. It was a busy place.The staff was friendly , but not that informative as I was asking how I was supposed to be ordering there.In the end I just wound up with some sort of bowl of rice with grilled veggies, black beans, steak ( not the dried out cubed one) and toppings .It was delicious. It was good enough that we wound up going to another Chipotle later on on our trip. We usually don't repeat restaurant branches.Love The Blanco queso with chips.white cheese with chips... Packs a mild heat but delicious...and the chips gave a salty one every so often ( I love salt) but the one who did not, agreed it made that snack

When I came to order food I got a bowl Valeria served me she was super nice very sweet and kind provided great customer service also was just very respectful has a great smile she deserves a raise you guys need more people like her! I went here after my horrible experience with blue diamond and they were INCREDIBLY accommodating. Not only were they able to cook my quesadillas on the tortilla press, not folded up like a nasty Crunchwrap and heated in the oven, but they also did not cut them for me (per my request).The girls behind the counter were kind and helpful and positive and incredibly accommodating. Will visit this location again.
That's exactly what you would expect from a Chipotle. The line was quick and the food was adequate. There's really not much to say it's a Chipotle. It's good not great. They'll get you fed quickly and reasonably priced.

The most Watered-Down salsa I’ve tried from almost every chipotle I’ve been. Always NO utensils . Especially spoons and only 2 forks that look like someone with very wet hands just touched on . They should get better dispensers …. Even gas stations have better ideas that Chipotle for God sake. Less than 5 percent of their cup lids were stocked and there were only 5% of customers in the store including myself and there were at least 80% employees working and the food was ok but looks like anyone off the street could come in to fill their water canteens with ice and whatever … without any food or a chipotle cup .

Wow! I chose the hot salsa for my Carne Asada and boy it was hot! ? .This was our first experience with Chipotle as we are Canadians, and we both enjoyed our meal. Thank you!

What happened to Chipotle?It's been years since I had a Chipotle bowl, but I decided to give it a shot using the $6 Halloween special pricing. The meat was so dry and the portions, except for rice, were chincy. 100% not great. Yuck.

Curious to hear how you would've handled this situation...I just stopped for a quick meal and got in a long line. I stood in line for a bit but realized that placing a mobile order would be faster, so I got out of line and placed my order. I actually tried about a dozen times but it wouldn't go through. An employee walked out to me and asked if I was trying to place a mobile order. I answered yes and she told me that their mobile systems are down. She said I would have to get back in line. I said I would've been at the front of the line had I not tried to place this order online. She said that was too bad. So I left. I would've taken my order at the counter. Why should I get penalized because their system was down?! what
