Always out of multiple items no matter what time of day because the workers genuinely don’t care. They close the outside seating early because they want to go home early. I had no seat inside to eat and they closed outside early and said I don’t know what to tell

This place is hit or miss. 80% of the time they are out of ingredients. Hardly ever have the hard shell tacos. Very disappointing! Today they were out of guacamole, hard shell tacos. Kid makes the burrito 90% then says oh we are out of guac is that ok. What if she said no then walked out. Come on learn to prep

Worst chipotle ever!!! No mild salsa (which they should let you know before ordering) and didn't look like they had it for awhile. Chips are stale,and the coke is flat.

Sometimes I hear people making fun of chipotle’s food and I don’t believe what they say, my brother took me to a chipotle’s in Austin Texas for the first time and I try visit them as much as possible but my last visit at the at chipotle’s at fashion show mall in Vegas just confirmed that restaurants are changing the way they run their business, employees are pretty much ruining great restaurants in to the ground!!!!! lately everywhere we go we see no manager supervision. At the location we visit, so the staff is in charge and of course customer service is a the bottom of their list. I say this because I use to spend a lot of money at restaurants but lately I am afraid to walk in to any food service location because I do not know how they are going to treat me and my guest. I took my wife to the mentioned location and of course when I noticed that my barbacoa burrito was not prepared to my liking..,, and what I mean is making right!! I mentioned it to the chef I and completely ignored my concerns with a simple …..that is the correct portion. I should of have said never mind cancel my order but my good heart did not react to such poor customer service concerns.. so I went ahead I continue my purchase. We did not enjoyed our burrito the order was as follows barbacoa, sour cream rice salsa and of course for add on cost cheese. The burrito tasted nothing like barbacoa. But again I was suggested to submit a review via receipt feed by chipotle and took the time to do but never received and response from the main office. I have personally found thru years of experience that if the main people at corporate do not respond that means it is culture that drips down in to the over all operation. I am sorry to be do harsh but right now all hear from from friends and family is I would rather cook my own food that going to any restaurant.

they are supposed to open at 11am but consistently have been very late to open and start serving. the staff seemed stressed and overworked and ultimately wasted my lunch period on them. very unsatisfied with how this chipotle is being managed! was told they aren't opening until 11:30am, sign says 11am open

I work at Fashion Show Mall and frequently purchase lunch at one of the food stalls. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but the location is always out of ingredients. This is very disappointing, as they charge the same price for a meal that is missing up to 5 ingredients. I believe that the managers need to review their inventory practices to ensure that they never run out.
