This place needs a major clean up, the manager and staff here are extremely rude. And portions are insane. You ask for a little bit of more of anything! Not just meat , anything! They say that will be extra. I’m actually flabbergasted on how Venetian property allows this. Not a very good reflection on the resort.

Wouldn’t appreciate the customer service at this location. Unfriendly staff NOT preparing the food the regular Chipotle way. Burnt/over fried chips that we can feel the burnt taste. Ordered a chicken quesadilla but they don’t add chicken inside the quesadilla and add it as a side!! And then for the cheese quesadilla they press it so much that all the cheese is melted outside and nothing remains inside except the tortilla. Unwrapping the quesadilla was another challenge because of the melted cheese sticking to the foil and making it hard to not stick it to tortilla while opening it. We requested to check the cashier if they have a normal room temperature chocolate milk just to hear a rude NO from her end and then eventually getting one from the back as they had tan out of the ones in fridge.The cashier was in so much rush that she had no time to see if we wanted to add anything else to the order.Tourists/visitors coming from a different state would probably not appreciate this service specially when they have been receiving some good service from the same chain in their local area

I love chipotle, but the staff at this location was awful! All three servers were rude, they were even criticizing each other, and the counter was a huge mess. We arrived when the line was pretty short, only four people waiting. I couldn’t wait to get out of there… I was a little concerned about the health of the cashier as she was coughing a little bit and didn’t have a mask or anything to keep our food clean. The sides and bottom of our salad bowls had guac and other juices on them which made it messy for us. A quick wipe would have saved all of the customers time. This was during the evening of January 9, 2023. If a manager reads this, consider re-training or replacing all staff members and restoring the awesomeness that is Chipotle!Dietary restrictions: Since you choose the ingredients and watch them prepare each meal, it is easy to meet certain dietary restrictions. Ingredients to choose from include lettuce, brown or white rice, black and pinto beans, bell peppers with onions, tofu, steak, pork, chicken, cheese, pico, other salsas, sour cream, and optional guacamole that costs extra. There is also sometimes lemon slices, salad dressing, drinks, and chips.

Portions at this location were not up to Chipolte quality. I asked for a bowl and the employee looked to be purposely putting very little rice especially. Looking at others in line it seemed to be the same scenario. When I asked for more she gave me some more but it was certainly not generous by any means. I eat Chipolte on a regular basis and would recommend manager of this location encourage members to give the appropriate amount of food as per standards of other Chipolte’s. Other than that food was delicious and always gluten-free which I appreciate.Dietary restrictions: Chipolte does a great job with gluten-free options.

Out of everything by 9pm. No tortillas, no salsa, no veggies. Rude employees. Skip this one.Tried again earlier the next day to give them benefit of the doubt, and this is what they calll a burrito. A complete mess.
I got a chicken bowl here on Sunday night (10/7) and got seriously ill. Ended up in the ER with severe GI issues. I was here for a Gaming conference but ended up suffering immensely. Stay clear!

Placed an order for pickup. Staff didn't start to make it until after I arrived to get it which was well past the pickup time. Food was cold. Didnt have the items i ordered. Didn't have the beverages I ordered. Didn't get a refund for my beverages. Worst Chipotle ever.

Went here because I had a free entree. Got up to the register and the employee refused to let me scan my code. Absolutely ridiculous. Also refused to give me a recipe for my order. $24.22 for a burrito and soda. I know Chipotle was getting bad with customer service, but this is even worse then I could have thought. Y'all need to figure something out. Absolutely disgusted.
