Food is not fresh and cold. Their service is very slow. They kept me waiting 3 minutes to pay because they decided all the sudden to serve another online order ! Not a typical Chipotle experience.

The online order system glitched and wouldn't take a group order so I printed the order and went to Chipotle. Finding the manager I explained about the online experience and was told I would have to wait in line like everyone else.Not a popular choice when I placed an order for a large group and held up the line until it ran out the door. Very short-sighted of the manager.And, of course, there were mistakes on the order as the crew tried to scurry to process the order. One of the meals was completely wrong and ended up in the trash can as it was so bad.

The employees truly care about your experience in the 1/2 space shared with Panda Express. The food was fabulous (as always), but the staff was cheerful and accommodating. I felt more cared for here than any other Chipotle I've been to! Thank you for a great experience!

We always eat chipotle but this location is the Saltiest we have ever eaten at. Well we didn't eat it because the only edible thing is lettuce. Absolutely horrible experience we are shocked how chipotle allow this to happen. This is simply not edible. They use probably twice it three times the amount of salt as other places. We travelled around the states all the time, and this is the only time that we have ever encountered such inedible food! Please advise them to change...we will never come to this one in the future. Food straight to the trashbin.

Great, friendly, efficient staff, and very healthy and flavorful food for a very good price. Best value for food on the strip, no doubt. Thank you Chipotle.

They usually run out of rice or beans pretty quickly. We went once during Christmas around noon they didn’t have beans and didn’t have rice. The place is cramped and only 5-6 tables to sit. Pizza place adjoining to this and all their pizza have eggs in the dough. Very tiny and very cramped and mismanaged.

After an hour wait, I received a bowl with half full with missing ingredients. And “Pepper” customer support was no help. No I would not like a free soda which has to be ordered/picked up in person, in place of a $20 bowl that was delivered late, cold, and empty. Cancel the order if you don’t have the ingredients. I’m appalled the employees would send this out of the store.

Ordered veggie bowls and queso along side. Portion size seemed less in the bowl than other locations. Worst was finding a piece of meat in the queso. Not veggie friendly customer service. Wouldn’t prefer to come again.
