Disappointing Experience at Chipotle: Poor Management and Subpar ServiceRating: ★☆☆☆☆Review:My recent visit to this Chipotle location left much to be desired, primarily due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the manager, Brenda. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the restaurant was not up to standard.Brenda’s demeanor was anything but polite or helpful; in fact, her lack of managerial skills was strikingly apparent. When I raised concerns about the amount of protein she gave was less than other chipotle’s across the country. Meanwhile the meat station was untidy and not stocked. The presentation not like other branches I have visited. When I seen the next persons order it was apparent that Brenda picked and choose who she’d preferred. My response to her when I noticed the disparity she was dismissive and unapologetic. It was disappointing to see someone in a leadership role fail to address customer concerns with care and attention.Fortunately, amidst this disappointing experience, there was a glimmer of hope in the form of cashier Samantha. Despite the chaotic atmosphere and Brenda’s lack of leadership, Samantha went out of her way to assist me and ensure that my order was handled properly. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to help were a stark contrast to the overall ambiance of the restaurant.Overall, my experience at this Chipotle location was subpar. From the unprofessional behavior of the manager to the lack of basic amenities like napkins, it’s clear that improvements are needed to elevate the customer experience. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements changes to ensure that future guests receive the quality service they deserve.

I order my food with what looks like the last bites at the bottom of the containers. Ok more flavor whatever not a big deal then as i hand the cashire my money she ripes the $20 bill and refused to take it i was ready to pay $22 dollars on 1 bowl and the cashire refused money she riped like i dont understand the logic here barely any people as it is rush just passed and i cant get my food because cashore ripes the money. Whatba waste.

Every time I come to this specific location the chicken is always insanely salty. I don’t know why I keep thinking it’ll be better next time. Once, it was so salty i couldn’t eat it, it was like i was eating salt. The cooks need to taste the food and the chef/manager needs to be put in check.

I came in 11/17/2023 at 3:30pm the Hispanic women making the food and the African American lady ringing in the order were the rudest I’ve ever dealt with there she had a very bad attitude the whole time she was making my food and the cashier lady was throwing my food in the bag and not asking my preference of
This is one of the best Chipotles I've been to in a long time. I go here several times a week and very rarely have a bad/less-than-perfect experience. As someone who worked at Chipotle through college, I have a special appreciation for a busy location that still does things properly and with care despite the location's high volume of customers. Food here is most always fresh, hot, flavorful, and the front-facing employees truly care for their customers and especially their regulars. If you're in Vegas, near the strip, and craving Chipotle, please pick this location!

This is the kind of Chipotle experience every customer deserves to have. This is OG chipotle at its finest. I got a DoorDash order for Chipotle a few weeks ago Phoenix and it was soooo bad!!! And it cost like 3x as much. This dude put together an amazing bowl and customized it to perfection! The location was clean and everything was excellent!!! The food was delicious, fresh and it brought me back to this place's glory days
