Normally it takes me a few bad experiences to leave a bad review just Incase the staff had an off day, well today was the one straw that broke this camels back. A few times I've came and the food was cold, or under seasoned, or unpleasant staff, or give smaller than normal portions and try to charge extra for "extra". Today's experience was I arrived with my family, stood in a very long 13 person line, took 9 minutes before the person was even assisted, then it took another 22 minutes of lolly gagging from the entire staff to finally reach the counter to be informed they do not have any of their 2 most popular items (steak & chicken cooked). They did start cooking chicken 1 person before me but the other 31 minutes where the hell was someone to be refilling the meats? As well I did notice the 7 people in front of me all got other selections I assumed it was a coincidence.

They were out of just about everything, and no one seems to concern with helping you, untill your turn to pay. The trashcan were to full capacity. Didn't know how to clear the trash we had. The employee were horrible. Rude and condensending. Lady I approach to tell no room to throw the trash was sarcastic and rude. Considering posting on X also.

This has got to be the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The service is slow. When I visited, there was only 1 person preparing everyone's order, and on the other side, It looked like they had more workers preparing to go orders. Don't get me wrong, the young lady making my order was very nice.I ordered a salad with steak and roasted vegetables (seemed uncooked, unlike other locations). The dressing was the highlight.

Vegetarian options: I have asked the server several times to separate onions from the mixture they have of onions mixed with green peppers. I love onions but the green peppers give me heartburn.

I ordered mobile for pickup at 6:10, arrived at 6:20 and my food wasn't even started. Not a single staff was apologetic or even acknowledged an issue. They didn't seem to rush to complete my order, as one would knowing they dropped the ball on having it ready on time. They even stopped making my order multiple times to carry on personal conversations, and shouted questions to each other across the room. I stood around for almost 20 minutes and recieved my 6:10 order at 6:38. We love Chipotle, but we'll be using a different location from now on. Eight people behind the counter and they are all so involved in their own conversations that no one is actually working. The store was completely empty and now I know why. Ontop of that the store absolutely stunk, almost like sewage or severely rotten food. So much so that I don't think I could have eaten in-store if I had planned to. This was my first, and last, visit to this location. Honestly I haven't even opened my order to see if it was correct yet - the service I got was so appalling I lost my appetite. Really a shame.

I’m not even going to rate the food. Ordered pick up paid 19 dollars for a carne asada bowl with 5 pieces of meat in it. Ridiculous waste of 19 dollars for rice and bean, was like eating a vegetarian bowl.Can’t even call the restaurant to talk to someone so I’m resorting to leaving this review.
