If you are from out of Nevada visiting, this Chipotle has the expected portion size of a local Chipotle in your area. Also the veggies are well cooked with a good crunch. Would definitely consider coming back if it has the same crew as today if I come back to Las Vegas.

First and last time. Didn't take cash, out of 3 items I ordered. Out of salad dressing but wouldn't let me get guacamole instead.

If I could give this location a ZERO star I would do so! No salad dressing, no forks for my salad, soda machine completely broken and to top it off THE WORST customer service I have ever seen in my life! The worst service of my life!

Portions tend to be smaller here than other locations; service was just OK. Nothing great. Could be better tbh. Didn’t seem very friendly or personable.

The workers here are a prime example of how AI will soon replace the unenthusiastic and disgruntled workers with an attitude. Sorry you are so inconvenienced and stressed out by having to work at a Chipotle and not just sit around and talk. Enjoy being unskilled and unemployable in the upcoming years.

Let me tell you about this location— you’re an inconvenience to them. They DONT want to make fresh food. They make their own hours, including closing for hours to prep food (WHAT!?!? You should always be prepping up food), and they like to give attitude from the moment you ask for an item until checkout. Does this location pay less or something? Their lack of professionalism needs to be observed

Probably the worst chipotle ive ever visited, always running out of items past 8pm, and having to repeat my choices often twice, staff often do not concentrate and talk amongst themselves when serving unprofessionally - be prepared to be

Horrible experience....ordered a large catering order. It was 45 minutes late and the food spilled out of the containers. Everything was ruined for a very important business meeting. They also forget utensils so we had to go to the store to buy silverware. Unacceptable!!

Staff seemed like they wete on drugs, completely miserable. The food looked likenit had been sitting all day. The beans looked dry, there were no onions/bell peppers, no guacamole, the asada was so dry it was comperable to the staffs faces and attitude. The other food places were closed down this one should be next.

Don’t expect to eat here 30 mins before their posted closing time. They lock the doors on you. Why not change your hours to 8:30 PM so customers don’t complain?

I ordered a veggie bowl in the very beginning before even picking what beans and rice I want then after we added the beans in rice in the bowl the girl tells me they have no veggies left for the night… why didn’t she tell me in the beginning… I am vegetarian and can’t have the other options. Very weird and wasteful considering I don’t even want the bowl after that

The place was dirty but it was also late at night and very busy so that's kind of understandable ... They didn't have three of the bins so the grilled veggies were not there. That was so disappointing. It's a cheaper meal but highly recommend the the Blanca queso tortilla chips. Big bite. If you're lucky you get some salty ones

This location is a hit or miss and today was a big miss. I frequent Miracle Mile Shops and Chipotle is typically my go-to when I'm here. The first visit was great as I ordered online; however, the experience just went downhill from there whenever I go in to order. The past couple times, they were out of cheese and fajitas- today, they were out yet again. I was also shocked at how sparingly the serving was for a burrito bowl- I've never had a burrito bowl this light/tiny before so I feel like I've definitely been gypped for paying a higher than usual price since this is located on The Strip. Another issue is that the main floor is almost always filthy and the drink/condiment/utensil station is not usually wiped down and out of napkins/utensils. Cleanliness doesn't seem like a priority at this location. Despite all of this, I've only kept a couple starts because the staff is nice.
