This place was closed for remodeling. Management should update google maps to show that it’s not actually open

Ice cream is so good, place smells a little funny, the lady serving us at 11 in the morning, is like someone who doesnt need a job. So rude when asked what our options were, and still rude when she asked what we wanted to get. Hope the owner reads these comments and get someone who needs the job and grateful for it. So sorry for her.

Love the icecream but their customer service is non existent. I went with my family today and the girl just sat staring at her phone. I waited a but then i asked her if we could please order. She got up and never made eye contact. The only thing she said was 36 dollars.
Awful and totally unwelcoming. She proceeded to take the next customer on the exact same way.

The 2 girls working there last night had horrible attitudes. People act like you force them to work at these places but I expect good customer service when I go somewhere I don’t care if you hate your job. They got my order wrong twice and for some reason the ice cream tasted freezer burned. The worst location I’ve been to here.

They had written signs everywhere.
Don’t let your kids touch the glass and Don’t move the chairs. Seems like who ever owns this location doesn’t want kids here or people sitting down to enjoy their ice cream.
I’ve been to other cold stones and never experienced all those written taped down signs.
The girls working there seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

I just came here, me and my children, we were pleasantly smiling I even mentioned my son was wanting to go there and had won a gift card at school and it was first time there, no response just a stale expression. Didn’t explain anything at all didn’t give us any options, we chose the standard off the menu my son ended up not even liking the one he chose I didn’t even want to speak to the attendant cause I’m watching her help other people with a stale face stale personality “is that all? Is there anything else?” I’m a customer service representative and I know the csr field and this person should be working in a warehouse and not with people. She made the entire interaction feel like we were inconveniencing her. I was considering buying my son a shake cause he didn’t like his choice and I told him I don’t want to spend any more money here I’d rather drive across town to another one. I’m never coming here again, it makes sense why the place is empty when it’s 110 degrees outside Saturday at 12:25 and Jamba Juice next door is full. I would rate them 0 stars if I could. My advice is to skip this location and to your next closest.

Over the years, I've drifted away from BaskinsRobins Ice Cream stores to Cold Stone Creamery. Cold Stone has better quality ice cream, cleaner stores, and better service. However, I recently went into this store on Decatur Avenue while taking my granddaughter home and found none of the above true.

This store is filthy, the service atrocious, and the price is outrageous. I won't even get into what the locked bathrooms look like. Are you kidding me? $15.60 for a single small scoop and a double small scoop of ice cream? Someone has lost their mind, or this store is setting its prices as people enter. I had to wait for someone to get off their phone to get the key so my granddaughter could go to the bathroom.

As I've always said, the employees make or break your business. I highly recommend the store owner retrain the girl who was here the day I was, or very soon, there'll be no store to train anyone for.

RECOMMENDED: No
SERVICE: Non-existent
PRICE: $$
CLEANLINESS: Poor
PARKING: Convenient
REASON/INTENT: Desert

Hello Joyzz

Once you walk into this place you instantly feel the atmosphere change, the girl with the septum piercing absolutely hates her life because she was the rudest person in the entire store. Definitely don’t come here unless you want a nasty attitude the whole time you’re asking for help or questions . (:

Me and my 5 year old daughter walked in and the only lady working didn't say one word to us. We waited about 5 minutes and I said hello I have a pickup order. She asked for the name and then grabbed the ice cream and set it on the counter didn't say one word. Got home and it's melted entirely. 2 minutes from my house.TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Perfectly decent establishment but just wanted to give a shout out to Leah, the employee. About 10 people came in during our 7 minute visit- she was the only person working- and she was so level headed, pleasant, and diligent. Most people would mess up or have an attitude but Leah maintained professionalism. She mentioned she wants the customers to get what they pay for so she makes sure to take her time when preparing the food. Thanks Leah!

False advertising samples. Won't return. They simply must not want my dollar, which is fine. I just wanted to know what the seasonal ice creams are like, I dont have enough money to invest in something I am unsure of. If I had a million dollars just to spend on ice cream, it wouldn't have made a difference. I do understand that there's a bunch of crack heads in this area, they could've just said they actually don't do samples at all. Something about no sample spoons, but I guess plastic forks and knives aren't in the budget. Seemed like she ain't want to work there, but I get it. Job not career. Panda next door don't do samples either but they dont have a sign that says they sample.
