I have to say the store is overrated among social media platforms. Even though I still find a few things good, Choturu nigiri, the chicken skin, but overall I am not satisfied with the meat (all too well cooked and does not have enough flavor). Another disappointment is the service. They deliver all the dishes too fast, which makes them become cold quickly and lost their best flavors. The waitress will still try to select the highest tips for you as possible. I just find not worth the money and there could be better choices for this kind of food in Vegas.

Among yakitori and skewers, the wagyu and beef tongue are pretty impressive, in fact most of the meat options are recommendable, I don't like their seafood options, not as good. There are many varieties of appetizers; the fried chicken (karaage) is pretty nice, a big bite of chicken meat with juicy, tried with the house special sauce, it's nice. There is also a sukiyaki hot pot in a bowl as appetizer, small portion, presented when it's already fully cooked. I think the beef slice is overcooked, so I don't enjoy it too much. This place is better to go with a reservation, walk-in waiting list may be 1 hour + from what I observed.

I loved their Yakitori. It was good. Really good. But the grilled scallops stole my heart. We ordered A LOT of food!! From the fresh sashimi to grilled dishes to deep fried squid legs. Everything was fantastic. Fun atmosphere. Good selection of sake. Seems to be pretty busy so reservation would be advised.

Great Yakitori and Japanese Izakya in Vegas. Beef tongue, Wagyu beef, shrimp unagi, Chicken thigh, Pork belly, Bacon shitake mushrooms are generally good. Also enjoy the sashimi and the bread icecream. Good price and makes us feel happy and warm enough.Food: 5/5

Dinner at Hachi was the best meal that I had on my recent trip to Las Vegas. This place is off strip and is about $11-$15 Uber ride away depending on what part of the Strip you are coming from. But it was worth it. Hachi has limited seating so reservations are recommended. The bar seats maybe 12. There are several booths. A few small tables. And a larger room for groups. The service was attentive. Servers took the time to answer all of my menu questions. I ordered the Tako Wasabi, Chicken Kaarage, Fried Oysters, Assorted Sashimi which included some Blue Fin Tuna. For the skewers I ordered the Premium Wagu Beef, Pork Belly, Teba Wings, Premium Wagu Beef Tongue, Chicken Skin, and Chicken Thigh. Everything was very tasty. I even did a second round of skewers! And it was not expensive. My bill was $104 for all that food including two Japanese draft beers. I was thinking next time I will skip the Sashimi and order more skewers. There were several items on the menu that I missed like Soft Shell Crab and Ika Karaage. I am getting hungry already. I highly recommend making the trip to Hachi for dinner.

I love this place. I was introduced to it by friends and each time the food just keeps me coming back for more. It’s a great late night spot, and the food is always top quality. Highly recommend.

It was a bit loud but still a nice place for a late night. You get the chance to try plenty of skewers because they are all small in size. There are rare kinds as well but the servers will let you know what they are when they come up.

The best Japanese Yakitori Restaurant! We were satisfied by every dish that we tried at this place.A very authentic restaurant with a calm atmosphere and good service. Here you can find a wide selection of Yakitori and other Japanese dishes. We ordered several dishes there: Takoyaki, Yakitori, miso soup, crispy chips, sushi rolls (Passion Roll and Supreme Salmon Roll), Sashimi Carpaccio, Ikayaki and green tea mochi ice cream. Every dish was delicious and served quickly. Ikayaki was well-cooked and soft. Sashimi Carpaccio was fresh and interesting in taste. Yakitori was nicely fried and balanced in flavors. I highly recommend to visit this restaurant, it is really nice place.

Made reservation seated at 8:30pm. , wait for our food till 10:30pm. and waiter said it may need extra 5-10 mins to prepare?! Yes the restaurant is popular, but two hours for yakitori? NO! IT IS WAY TOOO LONG FOR OUR FOOD!!!

HACHI is an all around delicious alternative for Japanese small Plates. Flavors and service are consistently great, and I've never been disappointed. Their grilled sticks are also a big hit over cocktails, any day...

I had a wonderful time here at Hachi. It was my first time dining here, recommended by a friend we went with. The ambiance is lovely, and service was great. The server kept checking on us to make sure our table was full of food and drinks! We got the Ikayaki (my favorite and only way i eat squid), two orders of takoyaki, our regular nigiri order (chutoro, unagi, salmon belly, uni, hamachi) followed by honey toast. Honey toast is definitely worth the wait!

In the past Hachi was a must visit during our trip to Vegas. But now it is off the list! The taste of their food has changed so much, some items on the Yakitori list was inedible. The chicken Skin tasted soggy where it should be crisp, the beef was hard to chew...

My new go-to spot in Vegas. This place was recommended to me by my cousin. Came three times in the span of a week. I could eat their california rolls everyday! The ramen is simple, light, flavorful, clean. Chicken karaage was okay but I'm not sure if it's because we decided to opt out of the sauce.. won't be doing that again. I loved the chashu. Steak was ok. Everything is very well-priced. I've tried a handful of the yakitori but haven't found any I like yet (chicken w citron pepper, beef misozuke, pork w negi shio, bacon wrap enoki). the salmon and halibut carpaccio was one of my favs. I'd rank my top picks as: 1) cali rolls 2) chashu 3) salmon & halibut carpaccio. Parking lot gets crazy on Saturdays.
